Gyula a Fekete- és a Fehér-Körös összefolyásától nem messze, utóbbi bal partján épült, csodálatos, mára részben nemzeti parkká nyilvánított és már az őskorban is lakott területen. Üdülőkörzetünk a Dél-Alföld régió egyetlen minősített gyógyhelye, így nagy várakozással tekintünk a következő esztendők elé. A gyógyhely több mint gyógyfürdő, nem elég hozzá a termálvíz, szükség van szakavatott kezekre is, melyek a vízben rejlő gyógyító erőt igazán irányítani tudják. Az Almásy- kastély ősparkjában kialakított Várfürdő ezért ideális célpont a gyógyulásra, rekreációra vágyóknak. Városunk nagyszerű turisztikai célpont, köszönhetően egyedülálló természeti és épített környezetének, egész évben pezsgő kulturális életének, a több évtizedes múltra visszatekintő Várszínháznak s a fesztiválok, rendezvények sorának, melyeket kora tavasztól késő őszig rendezünk. Dear Reader,On behalf of Gyula Town, I welcome you here!

Gyula was built not far from the junction of Fekete (Black) and Fehér (White) Körös rivers, on the left bank of the latter, in a wonderful area, which has been declared a national park in part and was inhabited already in prehistoric times. Our resort area is the only certi� ed health resort of the South Great Plain region, thus we are looking forward with great anticipation to the forthcoming years. A health resort is more than thermal baths. The thermal water itself is not enough: there is a need also for expert hands, which can manage the curative power inherent in the water. This is why the Gyula Castle Spa developed in the natural park of the Almásy mansion is an ideal place for persons seeking after recovery and recreation. Our town is a splendid tourist destination owing to its unmatched natural and physical environment, its teeming cultural life all year round, the Castle Theatre looking back at a past of some decades and the row of festivals and programmes, which we organize from early spring to late autumn. Over here, you can meet numerous sights and places of interest, which would be worth for a journey even itself, however together in their variety they make Gyula quite peculiar. Please accept our invitation and be our guest!

Gyula se situează nu departe de con� uenţa Crişului Negru şi a Crişului Alb, oraşul � ind ridicat pe malul stâng al celui din urmă, pe un teritoriu minunat locuit din vremurile preistorice, azi � ind deja parţial declarat parc naţional. Staţiunea noastră reprezintă singurul loc de tratament certi� cat al regiunii Câmpiei de Sud, astfel privim spre viitor cu foarte multe aşteptări. Locul de tratament înseamnă mai mult decât băile spa, deoarece nu este su� cientă doar apa termală, ci este nevoie şi de specialişti, care cunosc într-adevăr cum să dirijeze puterea de vindecare ce se regăseşte în apă. Din aceste motive Băile Cetăţii ce au fost amenajate în parcul vechi al Castelului Almássy sunt o locaţie ideală celor dornici de vindecare, de recreaţie. Oraşul nostru este o destinaţie turistică ideală, datorită mediului său natural unic şi al amenajărilor realizate, respectiv datorită vieţii sale culturale active pe toată durata anului, Teatrului Cetăţii cu trecutul său de mai multe decenii şi festivalurilor, seriilor de evenimente pe care le organizăm de primăvara timpuriu, până în toamnă târziu. La vă puteţi întâlni cu multe locuri ce merită a � văzute, care şi în sinea lor merită să faceţi un drum, dar toate împreună, prindiversitatea lor fac ca oraşul Gyula să � e unul cu totul deosebit.
