Operate, conduct and control human resources for project in order to meet requirements on time and

technology, which includes cooperation with partners to ensure the suitable technic and human resources.

Work management:

Set up a clear working plan to show steps need to do, work with time and progress of individual, project

group and unit.

Time management:

Control time to make sure that everything goes according to plan. Implement review, changing petition and

improve work in order to ensure projectimplementation is in the right progress.

Expense management:

Control finance of project effectively through steps such as price determination, review, budget estimates,

control, analysis, financial cost estimate and report

Information management:

Organize information exchange channels systematically and effectively and make sure information is clear

- VPS server: with the aim at taking initiative in transferring products onto the internet,

STDSOFTWARE has employed VPS servers include: VPS Linux, VPS Window

- Internet System: guarantee the Internet running continuosly, STDSOFTWARE has hired the Internet

links of the different suppliers and used the load balance solution to make sure that the Internet is

continuous and uninterrupted working.
