The Hafl er HA15 is a solid state headphone amplifi er that has been meti culously designed to produce Hafl er’s legendary sound quality with plenty of gain to power any type of headphone.

The design begins with a 14 gauge steel casing to shield the low level signals from external magneti c fi elds and RF contaminati on. This is complimented with a black anodized aluminum front panel to add estheti c appeal. Gold-plated input and thru-put RCA connector pairs are employed that will not tarnish over ti me, thus opti mizing signal fl ow. These are supplemented with balanced XLR inputs when interfacing with pro gear and audio systems. Inside, a low-noise amplifi cati on circuit has been opti mized to handle all types of headphone impedances from 8 Ω to 400 Ω. To keep noise to a minimum, the HA15 is powered by an external supply.

To replicate the sound and feel of listening to loudspeakers in a typical space, a unique Focus control may be engaged that brings the stereo image to the center. This adds excitement for the listener without loos-ing the stereo fi eld. One merely connects the line output from a receiver, laptop or tablet to the HA15 and it delivers plenty of gain to handle the most demanding dynamic recordings.
