they started from only a pallet or extended to giant containers.

a total of eight granite gang saw machines,

marble & granite treatment and raisin surface

Bush Hammered

Split Face

Giving a rough texture close to material formation structure, the finish is typically achieved by exposing the natural cleft of the stone.

Tumbled Pattern

Delivers smooth and slightly honed pitted rounded edges and corners this is achieved when the stone is tumbled with special pebbles creating aging finish.

Chiseled Edge

A process of mechanically chipping the tile edge, thus giving the stone a rustic, aged appearance.

Bush hammering is obtained byhitting the material surface mechanically with a specific multi pointed tool. This method creates a rugged surface full of little grazes at the impact points, and it modifies the color, making it lighter. The surface becomes non-slip.

Sandblasted

This surface finish provides an irregular pitted surface by impacting sand particals at high velocity against the stone surface, this operation gives lighter color for the stone and an antislip surface.

Antique Finishing

Special machines are used to obtain an antique finish. The pieces are put in the machine with brushes and the cylinder revolves. In a short time the impact of the stone with the abrasives produces an effect similar to aging caused by use and weather.

HonedThis finishing aims to produce a smooth surface by using abrasives of ever finer grain on the surface, so there is not a single honing but a series of progressive degrees of it. Honed finish is not reflective and makes the color tones slightly lighter.

Polished

Polishing is the main and the most frequently applied finish. It follows the finest honing and employs polishing abrasives that add brilliance with mirror effect to the stone surface.
