Durable frame andhigh quality wheels
A robust, cross-braced frame provides unrivalled strength and durability. Steel forgings are used on the li� linkage. For easier handling and control, the APT has large 180 mm steer wheels. Steer and load wheels use high quality compounds that lower rolling resistance, provide long life, and are smooth and quiet in opera�on. To ensure con�nuous contact with the floor, the wheels ar�culate to ensure you never have the weight of the load on just one wheel. Hubcaps protect the bearing and steer axle from side impact damage and contamina�on.
Hydraulic unit provenreliability
One of the most cri�cal parts of a heavy hand pallet truck is the hydraulic pump. It must withstand thousands of li�/lower cycles, and yet be easy and inexpensive to repair. The Aak APT HW is life tested to a minimum of 1,00,000 pump cycles. The enclosed li� pump means that there are no exposed parts such as valves or levers, which can be broken or damaged.
We manufacturer heavy duty and extra heavy duty pallets for 3.5 ton and 5 ton load handling. We
used 5 mm thickness sheet for pallet structure it give more strength and long life. We use Indian
design pump for these heavy duty pallets. Single valve cartridge for easy maintenance. Lead in
and lead out rollers reduce damage to pallet.
