Final Trial for the Church

Second Coming: Catechism of the Catholic Church (#675)

“Before Christ’s Second Coming, the Church must pass through a final trial

that will shake the faith of many believers (cf., Luke 18:8; Matthew

24:12).

Let’s not forget that Our Lord Himself said to St. Faustina, “…before I come

as the Just Judge, I am coming first as the King of Mercy” (Diary, 83). And

He also told St. Faustina – very directly in fact: “You will prepare the world

for My final coming” (Diary, 429).

Religious Deception and Apostasy from the Truth: The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth (cf., Luke

21:12; John 15:19-20) will unveil the “mystery of iniquity” in the form of a

religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems

at the price of apostasy from the truth.

1 Timothy 4: 1-2

Now the Spirit manifestly saith, that in the last times some shall depart

from the faith, giving heed to spirits of error, and doctrines of devils, [2]

Speaking lies in hypocrisy, and having their conscience seared,

The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-

messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of His

Messiah come in the flesh” (cf., 2 Thessalonians 2:4-12; 1 Thessalonians

5:2-3; 2 John 7; 1 John 2:18, 22).

End Time Prophecies from Our Lady and the Saints

Saint Francis of Assisi (1226 A.D.) Theme: The true Pontiff; error; destroyer, schism

St Francis was a visionary (saw Jesus Christ), had the stigmata and shortly

before his death in October 3, 1226, he called his followers and left them

his prediction of the coming of a Destroyer who is a pope and a great

schism in the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

" 2. The devils will have unusual power, the immaculate purity of our Order,

and of others, will be so much obscured that there will be very few

Christians who will obey the true Sovereign Pontiff and the Roman Church

with loyal hearts and perfect charity. At the time of this tribulation a man,

not canonically elected, will be raised to the Pontificate, who, by his

cunning, will endeavour to draw many into error and death.

"3. Then scandals will be multiplied, our Order will be divided, and many

others will be entirely destroyed, because they will consent to error

instead of opposing it.

"4. There will be such diversity of opinions and schisms among the people,

the religious and the clergy, that, except those days were shortened,

according to the words of the Gospel, even the elect would be led into

error, were they not specially guided, amid such great confusion, by the

immense mercy of God.

"7. Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will

trample it under foot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision

even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Jesus Christ will

send them not a true Pastor, but a destroyer."

St Bridget of Sweden : 1300’s Themes: Antichrist, Rome/ Italy, heresies

a) "The time of Antichrist will be near when the measure of injustice will

overflow and when wickedness has grown to immense proportions, when

Christians love heresies and the unjust trample underfoot the servants of

God."

b) "At the end of this age, the Antichrist will be born. As Christ was born

from the highest type of womanhood (Virgin), so Antichrist will be born

from the lowest (prostitute). He will be a child-wonder at birth. His mother

will be an accursed woman, who will pretend to be well informed about

spiritual things, and his father an accursed man, from the seed of whom

the Devil shall form his work. The time of this Antichrist, well known to

Me, will come when iniquity and impiety shall above measure abound,

when injustice shall have filled the measure to overflowing, and

wickedness shall have grown to immeasurable proportions.

...Before, however, Antichrist arrives, the gate of Faith will be opened to

some nations, and Scripture shall be verified. People without intelligence

will glorify Me, and deserts shall be inhabited. Hence, when many

Christians will be lovers of heresies, and wicked men will persecute the

clergy and trample spirituality and justice under foot, this should be the

sign that Antichrist shall come without delay."

c) "Lastly, he shall arrive, the most wicked of men, and, helped by the

Jews, he will fight against the whole world; he will reign during three years,

and shall have dominion over the whole earth; he will make every effort

to abolish from the earth the Christian name, and very many Christians

shall be killed."

d) "... they will profane and sacrilegiously defile the churches, by erecting

in them altars to idols and to Antichrist, whom they will worship, and will

attempt to force others to do the same."

"Rome will be visited by sword and fire and plowed under."

St. Nicholas of Flue, (15th Century) Theme: Succession of Peter;

"The Church will be punished because the majority of her members, high

and low, will become so perverted. The Church will sink deeper and deeper

until she will at last seem to be extinguished, and the succession of Peter

and the other Apostles to have expired. But, after this, she will be

victoriously exalted in the sight of all doubters."-- quoted in Catholic Prophecy, edited

by Yves Dupont, p. 30

St Nilos-Gusher of Mount Athos: 1600’S Theme: antichrist; signs of the times.

“When the time for the advent of the Antichrist approaches, people’s

minds will grow cloudy from carnal passions, and dishonour and

lawlessness will grow stronger. Then the world will become

unrecognizable. People’s appearances will change, and it will be impossible

to distinguish men from women due to their shamelessness in dress and

style of hair.

These people will be cruel and will be like wild animals because of the

temptations of the Antichrist. There will be no respect for parents and

elders, love will disappear, and Christian pastors, bishops and priests will

become vain men, completely failing to distinguish the right-hand way

from the left.

And all this will result from the fact that the Antichrist wants to be lord

over everything and become the ruler of the whole universe, and he will

produce miracles and fantastic signs. He will also give depraved wisdom to

an unhappy man so that he will discover a way in which one man can carry

on a conversation with another from one end of the earth to another. At

that time men will also fly through the air like birds and descend to the

bottom of the sea like fish.”

Mother Mariana De Jesus Torres (17th Century) – Our Lady

of Good Success, Quito, Ecuador Themes: The Pope; Freemasonry; Sacrament of Matrimony attacked; Sacrament

of Holy Orders ridiculed; light of Faith; Vicar of Christ – prisoner.

• “As for the Sacrament of Matrimony, which symbolizes

the union of Christ with His Church, it will be attacked and deeply

profaned. Freemasonry, which will then be in power, will enact iniquitous

laws with the aim of doing away with this Sacrament, making it easy for

everyone to live in sin and encouraging the procreation of illegitimate

children born without the blessing of the Church. The Catholic spirit will

rapidly decay; the precious light of Faith will gradually be extinguished

until there will be an almost total and general corruption of customs.

Added to this will be the effects of secular education, which will be one

reason for the dearth of priestly and religious vocations.”

(This is perfectly clear as we watched the Synods of 2014 and 2015, culminating in

the catastrophe called Amoris Laetitia. And, according to modernist Cardinal

Kasper, is only the beginning! Freemasonry is clearly in power, and at the summit

of the Church, not to mention well entrenched in the Vatican.)

• “This apparent triumph of Satan will bring enormous

sufferings to the good Pastors of the Church, the many good priests, and

the Supreme Pastor and Vicar of Christ on Earth, who, a prisoner in the

Vatican, will shed secret and bitter tears in the presence of his God and

Lord, beseeching light, sanctity, and perfection for all the clergy of the

world, of whom he is King and Father.”

• “The sacred sacrament of Holy Orders will be ridiculed,

oppressed and despised, for in doing this, one scorns and defiles the Church

of God, and even God Himself, represented by His priests. The Demon will

try to persecute the Ministers of the Lord in every possible way.”

• “During this unfortunate epoch, injustice will even enter here [into the Church], my closed garden. Disguised under the name of false charity, it will wreak havoc in souls. The spiteful demon will try to sow discord, making use of putrid members, who, masked by the appearance of virtue, will be like decaying sepulchers emanating the pestilence of putrefaction, causing moral deaths in some and lukewarmness in others. … How the Church will suffer on that occasion the dark night of the lack of a Prelate and Father to watch over them with paternal love, gentleness, strength, and prudence!

Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich: 1820 Themes: Two Popes; Masonic influence in the Church; heretics in Rome; New

black church; priests deceived.

May 13, 1820

“I saw also the relationship between the two popes. . .

I saw how baleful (harmful) would be the consequences of this false

church. I saw it increase in size; heretics of every kind came into the city (of

Rome). The local clergy grew lukewarm, and I saw a great darkness…”

“Once more I saw that the Church of Peter was undermined by a plan

evolved by the secret sect, while storms were damaging it. But I saw also

that help was coming when distress had reached its peak. I saw again the

Blessed Virgin ascend on the Church and spread her mantle [over it].”

July, 1820

“I saw the Holy Father surrounded by traitors and in great distress about

the Church. He had visions and apparitions in his hour of greatest need. I

saw many good pious Bishops; but they were weak and wavering, their

cowardice often got the upper hand…Then I saw darkness spreading

around and people no longer seeking the true Church.”

August 10, 1820

“I see the Holy Father in great anguish. He lives in a palace other than

before and he admits only a limited number of friends near him. I fear that

the Holy Father will suffer many more trials before he dies. I see that the

false Church of darkness is making progress and I see the dreadful

influence it has on the people. The Holy Father and the Church are verily in

so great a distress that one must implore God night and day…”

“I have been told to pray much for the Church and the Pope…The people

must pray earnestly for the extirpation (rooting out) of the dark church.”

“Last night I was taken to Rome where the Holy Father immersed in his

sorrow, is still hiding to elude dangerous demands (made upon him). He is

still very weak, and exhausted by sorrows, cares and prayers. He can now

trust but few people. That is mainly why he is hiding. But he still has with

him an aged priest who has much simplicity and godliness. He is his friend

and because of his simplicity they did not think it would be worth removing

him. But this man receives many graces from God. He sees and notices a

great many things which he faithfully reports to the Holy Father. It was

required of me to inform him while he was praying, of the traitors and evil

doers who were to be found among the high ranking servants living close

to him, so that he might be made aware of it.”

October 1, 1820

“The Church is in great danger. We must pray so that the Pope may not

leave Rome; countless evils would result if he did. They are now

demanding something from him. The Protestant doctrine and that of the

schismatic Greeks are to spread everywhere. I now see that in this place

(Rome) the (Catholic) Church is being so cleverly undermined, that there

hardly remain a hundred or so priests who have not been deceived. They

all work for destruction, even the clergy. A great devastation is now near

at hand.”

“In those days Faith will fall very low and it will be preserved in some

places only.”

“The Little Black Man in Rome, whom I see so often, has many working for

him without their clearly knowing for what end. He has his agents in the

New Black Church also. If the Pope leaves Rome, the enemies of the

Church will get the upper hand. I see the Little Black Man in his own

country committing many thefts and falsifying things generally. Religion is

there so skilfully undermined and stifled that there are scarcely 100 faithful

priests. I cannot say how it is, but I see fog and darkness increasing … All

must be rebuilt soon; for everyone, even ecclesiastics, are laboring to

destroy (and) ruin is at hand. The 2 enemies of the Church who have lost

their accomplice are firmly resolved to destroy the pious and learned men

that stand in their way…”

N.b. The Jesuits wear black. The head of the Jesuits is referred to as the ”black pope”. Pope

Francis is a Jesuit.

"I saw many pastors cherishing dangerous ideas against the Church. . . . I

saw among other things. . . the Church under N___________. In all the

rooms lay his children (that is, his plans), a full collection of his views. . . .

He had set fire to the house, and I with others had to save the goods and

convey them to the sheepfold. They built a large, singular, extravagant

church which was "to embrace all creeds with equal rights; Evangelicals,

Catholics and all denominations, a true communion of the unholy with

one shepherd and one flock. There was to be a Pope, a salaried Pope,

without possessions. All was made ready, many things finished; but, in

place of an altar were only abomination and desolation. Such was the new

church to be, and it was for it he had set fire to the old one; but God

designed otherwise."

Blessed Anna-Maria Taigi: early 1800’S "Religion shall be persecuted, and priests massacred. Churches shall be closed,

but only for a short time. The Holy Father shall be obliged to leave Rome."

St. John Bosco: 1800’s Theme: Italy; Schism in Church; Chastisements

“But you Italy, land of blessings, who plunged you into desolation? It is not

your enemies but your friends...”

“ War, plague, hunger are the scourges with which human pride and

malice will be struck. Where now, you rich ones, are your splendours, your

villas and your palaces? And you the priests, why do you weep between

the vestibule and the altar pleading for chastisements to be suspended?

Why do you not take the shield of faith and walk on the rooftops; why do

you not go into the houses and along the streets to still inaccessible

places to carry the seed of my word? Do you not know that my Word is the

terrible two-edged sword that defeats my enemies and breaks the anger of

God and of nations?”

La Salette: 1846 Themes: Rome; Antichrist; true pope; underground church;

Antichrist; wars; One World Government/Church; schism;

• ‘Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the antichrist.’

‘The Church will be eclipsed, the world will be in consternation..” [Abbé

Combe, the editor of the 1904 edition, adds the following note after this

paragraph. ‘I have from Melanie that the Church will be eclipsed in this

sense, that 1) one will not know which is the true pope; 2) for a time: the

holy Sacrifice will cease to be offered in churches, and also in houses: so

there will be no more public worship. But she saw that yet the holy

Sacrifice would not cease: it would be offered in caves, in tunnels, in barns

and in alcoves.’]

• "In this time the anti-Christ...will perform false miracles and subsist

only on vitiating (i.e. contaminating) faith"

"May the Pope guard against the performers of miracles. For the time has

come when the most astonishing wonders will take place on the earth and

in the air"

• "There will be a series of wars until the last war which will then be

fought by the kings of the anti-Christ, all of whom will have one and the

same plan and will be the only rulers of the world...All civil governments

will have one and the same plan: abolish and do away with every religious

principal to make way for materialism, atheism, spiritualism and vice of

all kinds".

• "The Holy Father will suffer a great deal because for a while the

Church will yield to large persecution, a time of darkness and the Church

will witness a frightful crisis"

• "Several religious institutions will lose all faith and will lose many

souls...A great number of priests and members of religious orders will

break away from the true religion. Among these people, there will even be

bishops"

• “Italy will be punished for her ambition in wanting to shake off the

yoke of the Lord of lords"

Pope Leo XIII 1886 Themes: Abomination;

“These most crafty enemies [the devils] have filled and inebriated with gall

and bitterness the Church, the spouse of the Immaculate Lamb, and have

laid impious hands on Her most sacred possessions. In the Holy Place itself,

where has been set up the See of the most holy Peter and the Chair of

Truth for the light of the world, they have raised the throne of their

abominable impiety, with the iniquitous design that when the Pastor has

been struck, the sheep may be scattered.”

Pope Pius 1X: Theme: persecution; martyrdom.

“The church will suffer exceedingly. Her servants and her chieftain will be

mocked, scourged, and martyred.”

Pope Pius X (1909) Theme: The Pope who flees Rome

Here is the prophecy of Pope Pius X, where he states that the "forced to

flee" pope-martyr (also described by Sister Lucia of Fatima as the pope in

white who will be killed) will have his name… Giuseppe = Joseph. This

could only be Joseph Ratzinger, Benedict XVI:

” In 1909, during an audience for the general chapter of the Franciscan

Order, Pope Pius X suddenly fell into a trance. The audience waited in

reverent silence. When he awoke, the Pope cried out:

“What I see is terrifying! Will it be myself? Will it be my successor? What is

certain is that the Pope will quit Rome, and in leaving the Vatican he will

have to walk over the dead bodies of his priests. [This was precisely the

vision sister Lucia received of the martyr pope dressed in white!] “Do not

tell anyone this while I am alive.”

Just prior to his death (August 20, 1914), Pope Pius X had another vision:

“I have seen one of my successors, of the same name, who was fleeing

over the bodies of his brethren. He will take refuge in some hiding place;

but after a brief respite he will die a cruel death.

“Respect for God has disappeared from human hearts. They wish to efface

even God’s memory. This perversity is nothing less than the beginning of

the last days of the world.”

Fatima 1917

Themes: Apostasy begins at the top; Satan rules; last pope

• "In the Third Secret [of Fatima] it is foretold, among other things,

that the great apostasy in the Church will begin at the top." --Mario L.

Ciappi, Cardinal and household theologian to John Paul II; quoted in The

Devil's Final Battle, p. 33

• “Satan rules even in the highest positions and determines the

direction of things. He will succeed in worming his way even into the

highest summits of the Church…”

• “But this will be a time of great trials for the Church. Cardinals will

oppose cardinals. Bishops will oppose bishops. Satan will walk in their

ranks. In Rome, there will be great changes. What is rotten will fall and

what will fall will never rise again. Darkness will envelope the Church and

the world will be thrown into a panic.”

The quote given above is taken from a German periodical published in 1963,

Neues Europa, and received unofficial approbation in the 1960’s by several Church

officials who had read the original 3rd Secret text hand written by Sister Lucia.

• At an interview of (Jesuit) Fr Malachi Martin in 1998, who was

present at the reading of the Third Secret in 1960 by Pope John XXIII, Art

Bell asked him if the statement that “The last pope will be under the

control of satan” is true and really part of the Third Secret,– he replies

• The world will be afflicted with wars, famine, the martyrdom of

the good, persecution of the Church and the Holy Father, the

annihilation of nations, and apostasy from the one true Faith.

St. Faustina Themes: Suffering for priests; Day of Mercy – the Warning)

Here is the entry from St. Faustina’s Diary #823:

• “December 17, [1936]. I have offered this day for priests. I have

suffered more today than ever before, both interiorly and exteriorly. I did

not know it was possible to suffer so much in one day. I tried to make a

Holy Hour, in the course of which my spirit had a taste of the bitterness of

the Garden of Gethsemane. I am fighting alone, supported by His arm,

against all the difficulties that face me like unassailable walls. But I trust in

the power of his name and I fear nothing.”

Notice the topic of suffering – priests. Notice the date – 17 December 1936. That

date is the birthday of Jorge Bergoglio, who now calls himself Francis.

• “Before the Day of Justice I am sending the Day of Mercy.”

And

"All light in the heavens will be extinguished, and there will be great

darkness over the whole earth,”

“Then the Sign of the Cross will be seen in the sky, and from the openings

where the hands and the feet of the Saviour were nailed will come forth

great lights which will light up the earth for a period of time...”

Ven. Archbishop Fulton Sheen (1950) Theme: False Prophet; Days of Apocalypse; Counterfeit Church; Antichrist

• “The mystical body on earth today will have its Judas Iscariot and

he will be the false prophet. Satan will recruit him from among our

bishops.”

• “We are living in the days of the Apocalypse–the last days of our

era…. The two great forces of the Mystical Body of Christ and the Mystical

Body of Antichrist are beginning to draw up the battle lines for the

catastrophic contest.” (Flynn T & L. The Thunder of Justice. Maxkol

Communications, Sterling, VA, 1993, p. 20)

He also said:

• “The False Prophet will have a religion without a cross. A religion

without a world to come. A religion to destroy religions. There will be

a counterfeit church. Christ’s Church [the Catholic Church] will be one.

And the False Prophet will create the other. The false church will

be worldly, ecumenical, and global. It will be a loose federation of

churches. And religions forming some type of global association. A

world parliament of churches. It will be emptied of all divine content and

will be the mystical body of the Antichrist.

Pope Pius XII - 1950’s Themes: Fatima, altering the Faith, the Liturgy; the theology:

• “I am worried by the Blessed Virgin’s messages to Lucy of Fatima.

This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a

Divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy,

Her theology and Her soul. … I hear all around me innovators who wish to

dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the true Faith

of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her

historical past.”

• “A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when

the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe

that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain

for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene, weeping

before the empty tomb, they will ask, ‘Where have they taken Him?’

Garabandal Theme: Eucharist; Warning

• “Many Cardinals, many Bishops, and many Priests are on the

path of perdition and they take many souls with them. To the Eucharist,

there is given less and less importance. “

• “First, a World-Wide Warning that will happen in the sky...like the

collision of two stars that do not fall down... it will frighten all humanity

regardless of where one happens to be at the time... it will be a thousand

times worse than earthquakes... like a fire that will not burn our flesh ... it

will last a very short time, although to us it will seem to be a very long time

... no one can prevent it from happening ... It will be recognized as coming

from God... it will resemble a punishment ... it is meant to be a purification

... like the revelation of our sins and what we will feel in our hearts will be

worse than sorrow. It will not kill us, if we die it will be caused by the

emotion within us” *Garabandal has not been approved, but has never been condemned by any of the

bishops there.

St. Padre Pio: Theme: Warning

“My judgment shall come upon them suddenly and when least expected--

not one shall escape My hands. But I shall protect the just. Watch the sun

and moon and the stars, when they appear unduly disturbed and restless,

know that the day is not far away.”

Our Lady of Akita: 1973 Themes: devil infiltrates the Church; conflict between bishops, cardinals;

pray the rosary daily

The third message on October 13, 1973, (the actual anniversary of the final

visions and miracle of Fatima) is as follows:

• ... . Each day, recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and the priests.

• “The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, and bishops against other bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their Confreres. The Church and altars will be vandalized. The Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord”.

These signs are clearly indicated in the gospels, in the letters of Sts. Peter and Paul, and they are becoming a reality during these years.

The first sign is the spread of errors, which lead to the loss of faith and to apostasy. That we may know these wolves when they come, let us understand

what to look for:

2 Thess. 2: 9

"The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the works of

Satan, displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs, and wonders..."

"If a prophet arises ... and tells you of signs or wonders and if the signs and

wonders take place, and he says, 'Let us follow other gods which you have

not known and let us worship them.' You must not listen to the words of

that prophet... The Lord your God is testing you to find out if you love Him

with all your heart, and with all your soul. It is the Lord your God you must

follow..."

Deuteronomy 13:6-7, "If your very own brother, or son or daughter, or the

wife that you love, or you closest friend secretly entices you saying, 'Let us

go and worship other gods,' gods that neither you or your fathers have

coming, Yes he, 9 whose coming is according to the working of Satan,

with all power, and signs, and lying [deceptive] wonders, 10 and with every

kind of wicked seduction toward those who perish, because they received

not the love of the truth, that they might be saved [11] Therefore God shall

send them a misleading influence, that they may believe a lie. [12] That all

may be judged who have not believed the truth, but have delighted in

unrighteousness. [13] But we are bound to give thanks to God always for

you, brethren, beloved of God, for God has chosen you, the first-fruits unto

salvation, in sanctification of the spirit, and belief in the truth."

Revelation 13:13-15

"And he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come

down from heaven to earth in full view of men, because of the signs he

was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the

inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image of the beast

for honor. Who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. He was given

power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak

and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed." ( Verses 16-

18, brings us to the prophecy in which all are forced to receive the mark of

the beast, for without the mark no one will be able to buy or sell. )

Matt. 24: 25-28

"Behold I have told it to you beforehand. So if anyone says there he is in

the desert, do not go, or here he is in the inner room, do not believe it.

For as lighting comes from east to west, so will be the coming of the son

of man, (Jesus). Wherever there is a carcass, there the eagles will be

gathered."

Daniel 7:25

[25] “And he shall speak words against the High One, and shall crush the

saints of the most High: and he shall think himself able to change times

and laws, and they shall be delivered into his hand until a time, and times,

and half a time.” (Note: A time, and times, and half a time: That is, three years

and a half; which is supposed to be the length of the duration of the persecution of

Antichrist.)

Daniel 8: 25

“…and understanding dark sentences. [24] And his power shall be

strengthened, but not by his own force: and he shall lay all things waste,

and shall prosper, and do more than can be believed. And he shall destroy

the mighty, and the people of the saints, [25] According to his will, and

craft shall be successful in his hand: and his heart shall be puffed up, and in

the abundance of all things he shall kill many: and he shall rise up against

the prince of princes, and shall be broken without hand.”…

Daniel 11: 36-37

[36] And the king shall do according to his will, and he shall be lifted up,

and shall magnify himself against every god: and he shall speak great

things against the God of gods, and shall prosper, till the wrath be

accomplished. For the determination is made. [37] And he shall make no

account of the God of his fathers: and he shall follow the lust of women,

and he shall not regard any gods: for he shall rise up against all things.

New One World Religion Rev.13: [15] And it was given him to give life to the image of the beast, and

that the image of the beast should speak; and should cause, that

whosoever will not adore the image of the beast, should be slain.

[6] And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the

blood of the martyrs of Jesus. …

[12] And the ten horns which thou sawest, are ten kings, who have not yet

received a kingdom, but shall receive power as kings one hour after the

beast. [13] These have one design: and their strength and power they shall

deliver to the beast. [14] These shall fight with the Lamb, and the Lamb

shall overcome them, because he is Lord of lords, and King of kings, and

they that are with him are called, and elect, and faithful. …”

New One World Govt. Question: "Does the Bible prophesy a one-world government and a one-

world currency in the end times?"

Answer: The Bible does not use the phrase “one-world government” or

“one-world currency” in referring to the end times. It does, however,

provide ample evidence to enable us to draw the conclusion that both will

exist under the rule of the Antichrist in the last days.

In his apocalyptic vision in the Book of Revelation, the Apostle John sees

the “beast,” also called the Antichrist, rising out of the sea having seven

heads and ten horns (Revelation 13:1). Combining this vision with Daniel’s

similar one (Daniel 7:16-24), we can conclude that some sort of world

system will be inaugurated by the beast, the most powerful “horn,” who

will defeat the other nine and will begin to wage war against Christians.

The ten-nation confederacy is also seen in Daniel’s image of the statue in

Daniel 2:41-42, where he pictures the final world government consisting

of ten entities represented by the ten toes of the statue. Whoever the ten

are and however they come to power, Scripture is clear that the beast will

either destroy them or reduce their power to nothing more than

figureheads. In the end, they will do his bidding.

John goes on to describe the ruler of this vast empire as having power

and great authority, given to him by Satan himself (Revelation 13:2),

being followed by and receiving worship from “all the world” (13:3-4), and

having authority over “every tribe, people, language and nation” (13:7).

From this description, it is logical to assume that this person is the leader

of a one-world government which is recognized as sovereign over all other

governments. … the disasters and plagues described in Revelation as the

seal and trumpet judgments (chapters 6-11) will be so devastating and

create such a monumental global crisis that people will embrace

anything and anyone who promises to give them relief.

Once entrenched in power, the beast (Antichrist) and the power behind

him (Satan) will move to establish absolute control over all peoples of

the earth to accomplish their true end, the worship Satan has been

seeking ever since being thrown out of heaven (Isaiah 14:12-14).

One way they will accomplish this is by controlling all commerce, and this

is where the idea of a one-world currency comes in.

Revelation 13:16-17 describes some sort of satanic mark which will be

required in order to buy and sell. This means anyone who refuses the

mark will be unable to buy food, clothing or other necessities of life. No

doubt the vast majority of people in the world will succumb to the mark

simply to survive.

Again, verse 16 makes it clear that this will be a universal system of

control where everyone, rich and poor, great and small, will bear the

mark on their hand or forehead. There is a great deal of speculation as to

how exactly this mark will be affixed, but the technologies that are

available right now could accomplish it very easily.

One world currency

Apocalypse (Revelation) 13:17 “And that no man might buy or sell, but he that hath the character, or the

name of the beast, or the number of his name”.

(Three) days of Darkness Joel 2: 31

“The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood: before

the great and dreadful day of the Lord doth come”.

Joel 2:10,

"Before them the earth shakes, the sky trembles, the sun and the moon

are darkened and the stars no longer shine."

The New Paradise

Matthew 25:31-34

[31] “And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the

angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty. [32] And all

nations shall be gathered together before him, and he shall separate

them one from another, as the shepherd separateth the sheep from the

goats: [33] And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on

his left. [34] Then shall the king say to them that shall be on his right hand:

Come, ye blessed of my Father, possess you the kingdom prepared for you

from the foundation of the world.”

2 Peter 3:3-13

“ 3.First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will

come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, "Where

is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes

on as it has since the beginning of creation." 5But they deliberately forget

that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed

out of water and by water. 6 By these waters also the world of that time

was deluged and destroyed. 7 By the same word the present heavens and

earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and

destruction of ungodly men.

8.But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like

a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not

slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient

with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to

repentance.

10.But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will

disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth

and everything in it will be laid bare.

…13.But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new

heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.

Warning Daniel 12: 10 - “Many will be cleansed, made white and purged; the

wicked will persist in doing wrong; the wicked will never understand; those

who are wise will understand.”

Rev. 6: 12-17

“[12] And I saw, when he had opened the sixth seal, and behold there was

a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair: and

the whole moon became as blood: [13] And the stars from heaven fell

upon the earth, as the fig tree casteth its green figs when it is shaken by a

great wind: [14] And the heaven departed as a book folded up: and every

mountain, and the islands were moved out of their places. [15] And the

kings of the earth, and the princes, and tribunes, and the rich, and the

strong, and every bondman, and every freeman, hid themselves in the
