Customer Care is our first priority, which is why we honor your Lifetime Warranty. We appreciate your business. Your trust and loyalty is very important to us. Should you decide to purchase a new set and give your set to a friend or family member, your warranty is transferrable and they’ll thank you for it every time they prepare a meal! They must provide a copy of the original purchase for replacement.
If you have questions concerning your cookware and its warranty coverage, please contact our Customer Service Department at (352) 483-7600 or email us at [email protected] for a preliminary consultation. If it is determined that your cookware needs to be returned for further evaluation, our representatives will provide you with an authorization code as well as the address for our Review Division. Any cookware sent without the proper code will be returned to the sender.
If you need parts such as handles and/or knobs, and the name on your cookware reads Kitchen Craft, match the needed item to the correct piece listed in this brochure and SUBMIT THIS FORM TO:

While we may not be able to assist you with other brand names, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction because you are a valued customer and we’re dedicated to assisting you in every way possible.
Lifetime WarrantyThe cookware you have invested in is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the cookware. All electrical components and the Kitchen Kutter are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
The original purchase will be registered as proof of purchase in the corporate database. Any heir to the cookware must provide a copy of the original purchase for replacement.
If cookware is damaged or destroyed by abuse, accident, fire, natural disaster, or theft, all original purchases may be replaced at 50% of the retail price at the time of replacement. A police and/or fire report as well as a letter of explanation must be submitted.
THE MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AT THE MANUFACTURER’S SOLE DESCRETION. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
