INLEIDING/INTRODUCTION

Deze handleiding helpt u bij de montage van uw nieuw Revor-bed.

Het is aangewezen de montage uit te voeren zoals beschreven in deze manual.

Mocht immers blijken dat er schade werd toegebracht te wijten aan het niet-volgen

van de verschillende stappen, vervalt elke vorm van garantie.

1: MONTAGE POTEN

Zet de boxsprings recht tegen de muur.1

Draai de poten in de voorziene gaten.

U kan de poten op de buitenkant (A) zetten

of meer naar binnen (B) toe.

In geval van poten Set H/I/J: plaats de poten op de

hoeken van de boxspring en schroef de schroeven

(legende: 002) met een schroevendraaier in het hout

van de box. TIP: gebruik hier best een viseuze.

Bevestig de koppelpoten met de vijzen

(legende: 001) in de voorziene gaten.

Handmatig toedraaien is voldoende!

Stel eerst de hoogte van de koppelpoten in, volgens de hoogte van de poten!!!

Zet het geheel terug op de vloer.4

Zet het geheel voorzichtig terug op de grond, na het installeren van de poten:- Goed: hef de boxsprings een beetje op om ze daarna te kantelen. Zo raken de poten de grond niet!- Fout: wanneer je de boxsprings gewoon naar beneden laat kantelen, wordt er druk uitgeoefend op de onderste poten waardoor deze en eventueel ook de koppelpoten kunnen afbreken!

2: MONTAGE HOOFD- EN VOETBORD

Indien de scharnieren nog niet gemonteerd zijn (niet standaard):

- Leg het hoofdbord op zijn rug en kijk onderaan:

de geniete pijl duidt de zijde aan waar de scharnieren dienen gemonteerd te worden.

- Schroef 2 scharnieren in het hoofdbord en 2 in de boxsprings telkens met 4 kleine houtschroeven (legende: 003).

Hef met 2 personen het hoofdbord op.2

Schuif de schuivers op het hoofdbord (A) mooi in de schuivers van de boxsprings (B).3

Monteer het voetbord op dezelfde manier als het hoofdbord!4

1: MONTAGE ELEKTRISCHE BOX

Leg het verstelbaar gedeelte van de elektrische box ondersteboven en leg het vast gedeelte van

de elektrische box erop zodat de schroefgaten mooi op elkaar passen.

Schroef het vast gedeelte op het verstelbaar gedeelte vast met de 4 lange schroeven (legende: 004).

Schroef met de 4 korte schroeven (legende: 005) de plaatjes aan

het voeteinde van het verstelbaar gedeelte vast.

Schuif de kleppen van de motor open.1

Zorg dat de noodbatterijen aangekoppeld zijn.

Via de noodbatterijen kan men

bij stroompanne, de bodem terug

in horizontale positie brengen.

Hou de motor in de juiste richting en klik de motor op de buizen.3

Schuif de kleppen terug op de motor.4

3: AFSTANDSBEDIENING INSTELLEN & GEBRUIKEN

Druk 2x kort na elkaar op het LED-lampje op de motor

tot het gaat branden.

Richt de afstandsbediening naar de motor en

druk de 2 bovenste knoppen tegelijkertijd in gedurende

10 seconden tot het LED-lampje op de motor uitgaat.

Uw afstandsbediening is geactiveerd.

Resetten van de motoren

Indien u beide motoren opnieuw separaat wenst te bedienen, gaat u als volgt te werk:

Stel de afstandsbediening in op MOTOR 1 volgens

voorgaande stappen

Druk op MOTOR 2 terug 2x kort op het LED-lampje

tot het gaat branden

Richt de dezelfde afstandsbediening naar MOTOR 2

en druk de 2 middelste knoppen tegelijkertijd in gedurende

10 seconden tot het LED-lampje op de motor uitgaat.

Uw beide motoren zijn nu afgesteld met 1 afstandsbediening.

De LED nachtverlichting kunt u ook laten branden door middel van

de 2 bovenste knoppen van de afstandsbediening samen in te drukken.

Bij het opnieuw indrukken van de 2 knoppen gaat de verlichting uit.

Gebruik afstandsbediening

1 Druk 4x na elkaar op het LED-lampje van MOTOR 1

Nadat het LED-lampje oplicht, drukt u er binnen de twee seconden nogmaals op

totdat deze opnieuw uit gaat. Zelfde werkwijze bij MOTOR 2. 2

De motoren zijn nu niet meer actief.

Indien u twijfelt bij het instellen, dan kunt u de motor altijd resetten door stap 1 en 2 opnieuw uit te voeren.

Zet het geheel voorzichtig terug op de grond, na het installeren van de poten:- Goed: hef de boxsprings een beetje op om ze daarna te kantelen. Zo raken de poten de grond niet!- Fout: wanneer je de boxsprings gewoon naar beneden laat kantelen, wordt er druk uitgeoefend op de onderste poten waardoor deze en eventueel ook de koppelpoten kunnen afbreken!

Zet het voeteinde van de 2 elektrische boxsprings volledig omhoog met de afstandsbediening.1

Schroef de voetremmen vast met de 2 korte schroeven (legende: 005) met een schroevendraaier.2

5: MONTAGE VOETREM

Gefeliciteerd. U heeft een prima keuze gemaakt.

Revor is namelijk al meer dan 35 jaar één van de meest toonaangevende Belgische

fabrikanten van slaapcomfort. Een Revor matras en een Revor bedbodem zijn op elkaar

afgestemd en gemaakt om zich aan uw slaaphouding aan te passen.

Dit zorgt voor een perfecte ondersteuning van uw rug en nek die nodig is voor een optimale

slaap. Als u bovendien de tips voor gebruik en onderhoud in dit boekje toepast, garanderen

wij u een zorgeloos en zalig slaapsysteem gedurende jaren.

1. Gebruik

DE AANPASSINGSPERIODE

Vergelijk een nieuw slaapsysteem met een nieuw paar schoenen.

Nadat u ze hebt ingelopen, zitten die pas echt comfortabel.

Dit geldt ook voor uw zojuist aangekochte matras of bedbodem en zelfs

hoofdkussen van Revor.

Het is volkomen normaal dat u een paar dagen of weken nodig hebt om te

wennen aan uw nieuwe bedbodem en matras.

Na deze aanpassingsperiode ontstaat er veelal een lichte afdruk van uw lichaamsvorm in

uw matras.

Geen ongerustheid hieromtrent, dit is de normale gang van zaken, namelijk een zetting van

de afdeklagen en de doorstikkings materialen gebruikt in uw matras ( zoals vb wol, katoen,

thermowatten enz.).

TIPS VOOR EEN GOEDE NACHTRUST

Revor staat garant voor een Belgisch kwaliteitsprodukt. Enkel de beste grondstoffen en ma-

terialen worden gebruikt bij de produktie van onze matrassen , lattenbodems en boxsprings.

Toch hangt de uiteindelijke levensduur en de kwaliteit van uw Revor

slaaprodukt af van het gebruik ervan.

Volgende tips worden dus best opgevolgd :

• Keer , bij matrassen met twee identieke zijdes, maandelijks de matras

ondersteboven. Draai matrassen die niet voorzien zijn van verstevigde

zones ook regelmatig van voet- naar hoofdeinde.

• Verlucht en ventileer uw slaapkamer regelmatig en laat uw beddengoed

overdag liever openliggen, stel uw matras niet bloot aan direct zonlicht.

• Houd huisdieren uit uw slaapkamer en zeker uit uw bed.

• Ontstof regelmatig uw matras en bedbodem, gebruik voorzichtig

een stofzuiger.

• Bescherm uw matras met behulp van een volwaardige matrasbeschermer.

Verlucht of was deze regelmatig. De Revor Protect-matrasbeschermers zijn

van een hoogwaardige kwaliteit en een ideale aanvulling op uw matras.

• Vouw uw matras nooit dubbel.

• Zorg dat uw slaapkamer altijd droog is en er geen luchtvochtigheid of

condensatie kan optreden.

UW REVOR MATRAS EN HOOFDKUSSEN

Algemeen

Uw Revor matras of hoofdkussen wordt verpakt bij u aangeleverd.

Net als alle nieuwe materialen kan de matras of kussen een lichte geur afgeven in het

begin, deze geur is totaal ongevaarlijk en verdwijnt op korte termijn.

Hou rekening met een kleine speling van 2 cm op de aangegeven afmetingen van uw matras,

dat is eigen aan de gebruikte grondstoffen.

Schimmelvorming

Een hoge luchtvochtigheid kan leiden tot schimmelvorming op uw

matras of kussen. Deze schimmel beschadigt uw matras of kussen en

kan ze onbruikbaar maken.

Aangezien schimmel enkel het gevolg is van condensatie die ontstaat in

een vochtige omgeving, heeft de Belgische federatie van Belgische

matrasfabrikanten besloten om deze schade uit te sluiten van de normale garantie. We

raden u daarom aan om de bovenstaande tips goed na te leven.

Onderhoud

De Revor matrassen en hoofdkussens met een afneembare hoes zijn voorzien van een

onderhoudsvoorschrift-etiketje die u binnenin de hoes terugvindt.

De instructies naleven en de hoes slechts reinigen in uitzonderlijke gevallen.

Eigenlijk dient uw matrasbeschermer gereinigd te worden en niet uw

matrashoes.

UW REVOR BEDBODEM EN BOXSPRING

Vaste versie en manueel verstelbare versie

Uw bodem of boxspring dient om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met uw Revor matras

en indien gebruik van poten dienen die goed recht te staan en waterpas.

Ga nooit staan op uw bedbodem en ga nooit zitten op beweegbare delen die daarvoor niet

zijn ontworpen, namelijk de hoofd- en rugsteun of de voetsteun.

Het beweegbare gedeelte moet u extra comfort bieden tijdens het lezen of tijdens uw slaap,

maar is niet voor ander gebruik gemaakt.

Elektrisch verstelbare versie

Bepaalde Revor bedbodems en boxpsrings zijn uitgerust met een motor waarmee u meerd-

ere delen elektrisch kan gaan bedienen:

• hoofdsteun

• rugsteun

• knie- en voetsteun

Die beweegbare delen zijn op een ergonomische manier verantwoord en dienen enkel

gebruikt te worden in normale omstandigheden, de motoren mogen nooit overbelast

worden door ze verkeerdelijk te gebruiken.

Alle motoren zijn bovendien uitgerust met een stroomonderbreking voor in geval ze niet

bediend worden of in geval van nood.

Onderhoud

U kan uw lattenbodem en boxspring onderhouden met een licht vochtige doek

(naargelang de gebruikte stof op de boxspring moet u oppassen voor kringen en vlekken )

en met de stofzuiger.

Een elektrisch verstelbaar systeem kan een piepend geluid vertonen na verloop van tijd,

in dat geval mag u de gewrichten onder de bodem of boxspring lichtjes oliën.

2. De Revor Garantie

Wanneer u een Revor bedbodem, boxspring of matras koopt geven wij u een volgende waar-

borg:

1. De waarborg die u door Revor wordt aangeboden, geldt enkel en alleen bij fabricatie-

fouten. Alle vervormingen of beschadigingen die het gevolg zijn van foutief gebruik, opzet-

telijke beschadiging, blootstelling aan abnormale vochtigheid of warmte, schimmels, andere

vervuilingen van menselijke of dierlijke oorsprong, slijtage, verkleuring of gebruik op een

niet aangepaste of slecht geplaatste bodem vallen niet onder deze garantie.

2. De garantie geldt enkel voor matrassen en bedbodems voorzien van het Revor-label. Bij

het verwijderen van dit label vervalt elke vorm van garantie.

Bij boxsprings is enkel het aankoopbewijs van toepassing.

3. De waarborg is degressief, waarbij enkel het eerste jaar in aanmerking komt voor een

volledige garantie (zie tabel). De garantieperiode gaat in bij levering, terug te vinden op het

aankoopbewijs van uw matras of bodem.

Na herstelling of vervanging van het product wordt de garantieperiode niet automatisch

verlengd.

4. Tijdens de eerste weken van gebruik kan een lichte verzakking worden vastgesteld bij uw

matras. Na verloop van tijd kan deze zelfs tot 15% aan hoogte of stramheid verliezen. Dit is

echter het gevolg van een normale evolutie van de gebruikte materialen en vallen vanzelf-

sprekend niet onder garantie.

5. De garantie dekt alle herstellings-, vervangings- en/of vervoerskosten.

6. Om gebruik te kunnen maken van uw Revor garantie wendt u zich tot

een erkend verdeler en toont u hem dit garantiebewijs én uw aankoopbewijs.

7. Op alle bedbodems en boxsprings geldt een garantie van 2 jaar op alle

mechanische en houten delen en op de motoren en bedieningen ( met uitzondering van bat-

terijen , kabels en stekkers) op voorwaarde van normaal gebruik ( zie “Uw Revor bedbodem

en boxspring”).

Posez les bases tapissières avec la face matelas contre le mur.1

Vissez les pieds dans les ouvertures prévues.

Vous pouvez installer les pieds sur les coins

extérieurs (A) ou plus vers l’intérieur (B).

Dans le cas du set de pieds H/I/J: installez les pieds

sur les coins de la base tapissière et vissez les vis

(légende: 002) à l’aide d’un tournevis dans le bois de la base

tapissière. Vous pouvez également utiliser une visseuse.

Fixez les pieds centraux à l’aide des vis

(légende: 001) dans les ouvertures prévues.

Il suffit d’utiliser un tournevis.

Réglez d’abord la hauteur des pieds centraux à l’aide des autres pieds!!!

Faites attention en vissant que les vis entrent bel et bien dans le bois et qu’elles ne causent pas de dégâts au tissu.

Reposez le lit horizontalement.4

Reposez le lit horizontalement après avoir installé les pieds:- Correct: Soulevez la base tapissière sans que les pieds touchent par terre, pour ensuite la poser horizontalement.- Attention: Si vous laissez basculer la base tapissière, une pression sera exercée sur les pieds. Les pieds et les pieds centraux peuvent casser suite à cette pression!

2: MONTAGE TÊTE ET PIED DE LIT

Si les charnières ne sont pas encore installées (pas standard):

- Posez la tête du lit sur son dos et regardez le bas de cet élément.

La flèche indique le côté où les charnières doivent être installées.

- Vissez 2 charnières dans la tête du lit et 2 dans les bases tapissières avec

chaque fois 4 petites vis à bois (légende: 003).

Glissez les glissières sur la tête de lit (A) dans les glissières des bases tapissières (B).3

Installez le pied de lit de la même façon que la tête de lit.4

1: MONTAGE BASE TAPISSIERE ELECTRIQUE

Posez la partie réglable de la base tapissière électrique à l’envers et posez la partie fixe

de la base tapissière électrique dessus de sorte que les trous des vis soient bien alignés.

Fixez la partie fixe sur la partie réglable à l’aide des 4 vis longues (légende: 004).

Vissez, à l’aide des 4 vis courtes (légende: 005) les plaquettes

sur le pied de la partie réglable.

2: MONTAGE MOTEUR

Ouvrez le compartiment du moteur comme indiqué sur le dessin ci-dessous (glisser).1

Veillez à ce que les batteries de secours soient connectées.

A l’aide des batteries de secours il est possible

de remettre le lit en position horizontale

en cas de panne de courant.

3: REGLAGE ET UTILISATION DE LA TELECOMMANDE

Appuyez 2x brièvement sur le voyant LED sur le moteur

jusqu’à ce que celui-ci s’allume.

Pointez la télécommande vers le moteur et appuyez

Reposez le lit horizontalement après avoir installé les pieds:- Correct: Soulevez la base tapissière sans que les pieds touchent par terre, pour ensuite la poser horizontalement.- Attention: Si vous laissez basculer la base tapissière, une pression sera exercée sur les pieds. Les pieds et les pieds centraux peuvent casser suite à cette pression!

Montez complètement le pied du lit des 2 bases tapissières électriques à l’aide de la télécommande.1

Fixez les arrêts de matelas à l’aide des 2 vis courtes (légende: 005) et un tournevis.2

1. Utilisation

LA PÉRIODE D’ADAPTATION

Vous pouvez comparer l’achat d’un nouveau lit à celui d’une nouvelle paire de chaussures.

Elles ne sont que vraiment confortables une fois que vous les avez mises quelques fois.

C’est également le cas pour votre nouveau matelas ou sommier et même pour votre oreiller

de Revor.

Il est tout à fait normal que vous ayez besoin de quelques jours ou même de quelques

semaines pour vous adapter à votre nouveau sommier ou matelas.

Après cette période d’adaptation, vous remarquerez un léger empreint de votre corps dans

votre matelas. Ne vous inquiétez pas. C’est une évolution normale des matières utilisées

dans votre matelas (laine, coton, ouates thermoliées, etc.).

QUELQUES CONSEILS POUR UN BON SOMMEIL

Revor vous garantit la qualité d’un produit belge. Nous avons uniquement utilisé les meil-

leures matières premières et matériaux pour la production de nos matelas, sommiers et

bases tapissières. Mais la durée de vie et la qualité de votre produit Revor dépend toujours

de l’utilisation.

Nous vous conseillons donc de bien suivre les conseils suivants :

• Tournez chaque mois les matelas avec deux faces identiques sens dessus-

dessous. Inversez également régulièrement les côtés pieds et tête des matelas

qui ne sont pas pourvus de zones renforcées.

• Ventilez régulièrement votre chambre à coucher et ne couvrez pas votre lit

pendant la journée. Evitez que le soleil tape directement sur votre matelas.

• Ne laissez pas les animaux domestiques dans votre chambre et certainement

pas dans votre lit.

LA GARANTIE

• Dépoussiérez régulièrement votre matelas et sommier, utilisez à cette fi n

un aspirateur, sans toutefois aspirer trop fort.

• Protégez votre matelas à l’aide d’un protège-matelas. Ventilez ou lavez-le

régulièrement. Les protège-matelas Revor Protect sont d’une qualité

supérieure et sont un complément idéal pour votre matelas.

• Ne pliez jamais votre matelas en deux.

• Veillez à ce que votre chambre soit toujours sèche et qu’il n’y ait pas

d’humidité ou de condensation.

VOTRE MATELAS ET OREILLER REVOR

En général

Votre matelas ou oreiller Revor est livré chez vous emballé. Comme tous les nouveaux

matériaux, le matelas ou l’oreiller peut dégager une légère odeur au début. Cette odeur est

absolument inoffensive et disparaîtra après peu de temps.

Tenez compte d’une différence de taille de 2 cm des mesures indiquées sur votre matelas.

Ceci est dû aux caractéristiques du matériel utilisé.

Moisissure

L’humidité peut résulter en moisissure sur votre matelas ou oreiller. Les dégâts causés par

cette moisissure peuvent rendre votre matelas ou votre oreiller inutilisables.

Vu que la moisissure est une conséquence directe de condensation qui est créé dans un

environnement humide, la fédération belge des fabricants de matelas a décidé d’exclure

ces dégâts de la garantie normale. Nous vous conseillons donc de bien suivre les conseils

ci-dessus.

Entretien

Les matelas et oreillers avec housse de Revor sont pourvus d’une étiquette pour l’entretien

que vous retrouverez à l’intérieur de la housse.

Suivre les instructions et ne nettoyer la housse que dans des cas exceptionnels. En fait, c’est

le protège-matelas qui doit être lavé et non la housse du matelas.

LA GARANTIE

VOTRE SOMMIER ET BASE TAPISSIÈRE REVOR

Version fi xe et version réglable

Votre sommier ou base tapissière a été développé pour une utilisation avec les matelas de

Revor. Si vous désirez installer des pieds, veillez à ce que ceux-ci soient installés bien droit

et que la surface du lit soit bien horizontale après installation.

Ne marchez jamais ou ne vous mettez jamais debout sur votre sommier et ne vous as-

seyez jamais sur les parties mobiles qui n’ont pas été développés à cet effet, notamment les

supports pour le cou et le dos ou pour les pieds. La partie mobile doit vous fournir plus de

confort quand vous lisez ou pendant votre sommeil, mais ne sert pas à autre chose.

Version réglable électrique

Certains sommiers et bases tapissières de Revor sont équipés d’un moteur électrique grâce

auquel vous pouvez commander plusieurs parties:

• support de tête

• support du dos

• support des genoux et pieds

Les parties mobiles sont des éléments ergonomiques et ne peuvent être utilisés que dans

des circonstances normales. On ne peut jamais surcharger les moteurs en les utilisant de

façon incorrecte.

De plus, tous les moteurs sont équipés d’une interruption de courant pour les arrêts

d’urgence.

Entretien

Vous pouvez entretenir votre sommier ou base tapissière à l’aide d’un chiffon légèrement

humide ou un aspirateur (cela dépend du tissu utilisé pour la base tapissière. Faites toujo-

urs attention aux anneaux ou taches).

Un système réglable électrique peut, après quelque temps, produire un son grinçant. Dans

ce cas, vous pouvez légèrement lubrifi er les articulations en

dessous du sommier ou de la base tapissière.

2. La garantie Revor

Lorsque vous achetez un sommier, un matelas ou une base tapissière Revor, nous vous

offrons la garantie suivante:

1. La garantie qui vous est offerte par Revor n’est valable que pour les fautes de fabrication.

Les déformations ou dégâts suite à une utilisation fautive, dégradations volontaires,

humidité ou chaleur anormale, moisissure, autre pollution d’origine humaine ou animale,

usure, décoloration ou utilisation sur un sol non adapté ou suite à une mauvaise installation,

ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie.

2. La garantie est uniquement valable pour les matelas et sommiers pourvus d’un label

Revor. Si le label est enlevé, votre sommier ou matelas ne sera plus en garantie. Pour les

bases tapissières, il faut à tout moment savoir présenter

le ticket d’achat pour les cas de garantie.

3. La garantie est dégressive. Ce n’est que pendant la première année qu’ une garantie de

100% est offerte (voir ci-dessous). La période de garantie commence le jour de la livrai-

son, que vous pouvez voir sur le certifi cat d’achet de votre matelas ou sommier. Après

réparation ou remplacement du produit, la période de garantie n’est pas automatiquement

prolongée.

4. Pendant les premières semaines, il se peut que vous constatiez une légère empreinte de

votre corps dans la surface de votre matelas. Après un certain temps, celui-ci peut même

perdre 15% de sa hauteur d’origine ou de sa rigidité. Il s’agit ici de l’évolution normale des

matériaux utilisés, chose qui n’est bien évidemment pas inclus dans la garantie.

5. La garantie couvre tous les frais de réparation, de remplacement et/ou de transport.

6. Afi n de pouvoir utiliser votre garantie Revor, vous devez vous adresser à un distributeur

reconnu et lui montrer ce certifi cat de garantie ainsi que votre certifi cat d’achat.

7. Pour tous les sommiers et les bases tapissières, Revor vous offre une garantie de 2 ans

sur toutes les parties mécaniques et les éléments en bois et sur les moteurs et commandes

(sauf les batteries, câbles et fi ches), à condition de les utiliser de façon normale ( voir “votre

sommier et base tapissière Revor”).

Aim the remote control at the motor and simultaneously

press the two top buttons for ten seconds so

the LED light on the motor switches off.

1. Use

PERIOD OF ADAPTATION

You could compare a new sleeping system to a new pair of shoes… Only when you have

been wearing them for some time will they be really comfortable. The same goes for your

recently acquired mattress and slats. It even applies to your Revor pillow. It is perfectly

normal that your body needs a couple of days or weeks to get used to your new slats and

mattress. After this period of adaptation, it is possible that you see a light print of your body

shape in the mattress.

No worries… Once the materials under the fi nishing layers and stitching

(wool, cotton, thermocotton wadding, etc.) have taken the required shape,

you will enjoy the comfort of a Revor sleeping system.

SLEEPING TIPS AND HINTS

Revor offers you a Belgian quality product. Only the best raw materials were used for our

mattresses, slats and boxsprings.

Nevertheless, the lifespan and quality of your Revor sleeping system still depends on its use.

That is why we offer you some tips for an optimal use :

• When you sleep on a mattress with identical sides, make sure you fl ip it over

once every month. When your mattress has no reinforced zones, also rotate it

so the head and feet sides are inversed.

• Make sure there is enough ventilation in your bedroom and never cover your

bed during the day. Do not let the sun hit your mattress directly.

• Do not allow animals in your bedroom and certainly not on your bed.

WARRANTY

• Use a vacuum cleaner (be gentle!) to clean away the dust from your mattress

and slats.

• Protect your mattress with a mattress cover. Regularly ventilate or clean it.

Revor guarantees the quality of the Revor Protect mattress cover. It is an ideal

complement to your mattress.

• Never fold your mattress.

• Make sure your bedroom is always dry and avoid humidity or condensation.

YOUR REVOR MATTRESS AND PILLOW

In general

Your Revor mattress or pillow is delivered at home fully packed up. As it is the case of all

new materials, it is possible that you will smell a light odour when unpacking the mattress.

This smell is completely harmless and will go away after some time.

Please bear in mind that a difference of 2 cm is possible when comparing the sizes indicated

on your mattress. This is due to the properties of the materials that have been used.

Mould

High humidity can lead to mould on your mattress or pillow. This mould will damage your

mattress or pillow and can even make it unusable.

Since mould is a consequence of condensation that is created in a humid environment, the

Belgian federation of mattress producers has decided to exclude this damage from the nor-

mal warranty conditions. We therefore strongly advise you to make good use of the informa-

tion above.

Maintenance

On the inside of Revor mattress and pillow cases, you will fi nd a label indicating mainte-

nance conditions.

Respect these indications and only clean the cases in exceptional circumstances. Actually,

it’s your mattress cover that needs cleaning and

not your mattress case.

WARRANTY

YOUR REVOR SLATS AND BOXSPRING

Fixed version and manually adaptable version

Your slats and boxspring have been created for use with your Revor mattress. If you

combine it with legs, you have to make sure these are installed properly, meaning straight

and level.

Never stand on your slats and never sit on the moveable elements that haven’t been

created to sit on, namely the head and back support or the foot support element.

The moveable element is installed to offer you extra comfort when reading a book or during

your sleep. It is not made for something else.

Electrically adaptable version

Certain Revor slats and boxsprings have been equipped with a motor offering you the

possibility of using different elements with an electrical button:

• head support

• back support

• knee and foot support

The moveable elements are ergonomic and can only be used under normal conditions.

Never overload the motor.

Furthermore, all the motors are equipped with a power cut-off for emergencies.

Cleaning

Cleaning your slats or boxspring can be done with a damp cloth or the vacuum cleaner

(check the fabric fi rst to avoid stains or rings)!

It is possible that the electrical system produces a squeaky noise after some time. When this

is the case, slightly lubricate the articulations under the slats or boxspring.

WARRANTY

2. Revor warranty

When purchasing Revor slats, boxsprings and mattresses, we offer the following warranty

conditions:

1. Warranty offered by Revor is only applicable in case of manufacturing errors. All

deformations or damage following incorrect use, deliberate damaging, abnormal humidity

or heat, mould, other pollution of human or animal nature, wear, discoloration or use on

slats that are not adapted or that are installed poorly are not covered by this warranty.

2. Warranty is only applicable for mattresses and slats with a Revor label. When this label

has been removed, warranty is no longer offered. In the case of boxsprings, the proof of

purchase is to be kept for warranty purposes.

3. Warranty is degressive. A 100% warranty is only applicable to the fi rst year (see

hereunder). The period of warranty starts on the delivery date, which can

be found on the proof of purchase of your mattress or slats. After repairs or

replacement of the product, the period of warranty is not automatically extended

4. During the fi rst weeks, it is possible that your mattress caves in lightly. After some time,

it could even loose up to 15% of its height or rigidity. This is the normal evolution of the

materials that have been used. Naturally, this is not covered by warranty.

5. Warranty covers all costs of repair, replacement and / or transport.

6. For your Revor warranty to become valid, please go to an authorized dealer and show him

this warranty card and your proof of purchase.

7. All slats and boxsprings come with a 2 year warranty for all mechanical

and wooden elements and for the motors and command buttons (not the batteries, cables

and plugs) in case of normal use ( see “your Revor slats and boxspring”).
