DESCRIPTION

These are handouts I used for a workshop with pediatricians from the Philippines on August 20, 2014 in a presentation at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, CA. I've revised them and added two new slides. The September 10th date on the title page represents the date for the next workshop I'll be doing for another group of pediatricians from the Philippines.
