Set-up is simple: Just snap either 2 (or 4) pads onto the wire(s) and plug into the unit. Insert 2 AAA batteries (included) into the battery compartment. Peel o� pad backings and place pads on desired muscle areas (save pad backings for re-use). Press the “on” button, choose the mode that feels best and press “start”. Re-position pads as necessary, customize strength and frequency to your level of comfort and enjoy your massage.
