When preparing sugar-free Jell- O®

according to the package, replace the cold water

with betaquik and refrigerate until set.

Create a betaquik ‘quik sip’!

Measure out 25ml (25g) ofbetaquik for 5g MCT or 50ml (50g) of betaquik for 10g MCT and add a small amount of your

preferred Bickford® flavorextract or other favorite

permitted flavoring.

Orange Cream Soda50ml betaquik 50ml diet orange soda

Gently stir betaquik into diet soda. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Vanilla Latte120ml warm black coffee 100ml betaquik 1-2 Tbsp. sugar-free vanilla coffee syrup

Gently warm betaquik in a microwave safe mug. Carefully stir in coffee and sugar-free vanilla syrup. For an iced latte, do not warm betaquik and serve over ice.

Strawberries and Cream Jell-O®

8.5g package strawberry sugar-free Jell-O®

(or any brand sugar-free gelatin) 240ml boiling water 1 carton (250ml) betaquik

Dissolve Jell-O® with the boiling water. Add betaquik and stir.Divide into 5 equal servings, refrigerate until set.

Nutrition: 10g MCT, 103 kcal, 0.8g protein

Raspberry Ice Pops1 carton (250ml) betaquik 2 Tbsp. sugar-free raspberry coffee syrup

Stir sugar-free raspberry coffee syrup into betaquik. Pour evenly into 5 ice pop molds. Freeze until solid.

Nutrition per ice pop: 10g MCT, 95 kcal

Also try sugar-free caramel or hazelnut coffee

Once betaquik is opened, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
