A Carthaginian General born in 247 B.C.E. and an enemy of Rome

During the Second Punic War, he led his army from Spain to Italy in a risky move across the Alps for a surprise attack

Brilliant Strategist and one of the most talented tacticians in history

He won the battles but did not win the war.

Strategy: Planned daring military operations never seen before. Improvised and changed tactics on the battlefield. Also good at tactics.
