➢ auto-consumption happens in the distribution grid

➢ auto-consumption happens at retail prices

➢ auto-consumption hurts Discoms

➢ (Discom) emission targets not efficiently enforced

➢ distribution sector is not fully unbundled

➢ Discom crisis leads to a challenging relationship
