2016-17 have been selected on merit basis & to promote diversity of disciplines. Accordingly, the

sanction is hereby granted for award of POSE scholarship in respect of following students subjects of the

fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the scheme as per details given under: -

The amount of scholarships would be Rs. 6,0001- P.M. for entire 2-year M.Sc. course subject to

fulfillment of the eligibility conditions of the scheme and Rs. 10,0001- for Research Mentorship (one time)

as per the guidelines of the scheme. The amount of scholarships (semester-wise) will be released directly

in to the accounts of the students through online bank transfer. Further, the students have to ensure the

following:-

1. Submission of semester wise Detailed Mark Card (DMC):

a) Scholars are advised to submit their self attested semester Mark-sheets on-time, immediately after

the announcement of semester results to facilitate the payment of scholarship.

b) If a scholar does not submit his/her semester mark-sheets the offer of scholarship shall be

withdrawn.

c) Provisional or Internet copy of the Mark-sheets will not be considered.

Similarly, submission of Actual Payee Receipts (APRs) of the amount received.2. The students should maintain minimum 60% marks and other terms & conditions of the scheme

throughout (i.e. in each semester) for further continuation of this scholarship during their M.Sc.

(Final) also. There should be no compartment 1 re-appear in the semester exams. Otherwise the

scholarships would be discontinued. The results should be routed through their college 1 university

concerned.3. One time mentorship grant of Rs. 1O,0001-(maximum) will be released to the scholar after

submitting the report outlining the objectives and results of his/her research project as per the

terms & conditions of the scheme.

4. Any change or re-admission to another Collegel Universityl Academic Institute within the same

academic year is acceptable, provided the scholar pursues subjects out of identified 18 nos.

subject(s). The Offer would stand invalid in case this change or re-admission occurs in the next

academic year and thereon, or subject(s) pursued isl are beyond the 18 identified subjects. In such

a case, there will be no scope for restoration of the offer and no communication would be made

separately to Scholar.

5. Make all the correspondence for this purpose to the Secretary, EC, Haryana State Council for

Science & Technology (HSCST), Bays 35-38, Sector-2, Panchkula and should route the same

through their college 1 university concerned.

6. The student selected under this scheme will not be entitled for any other scholarship.
