ICAS SCIENCE MEDAL Jay Hansen
Winning an ICAS medal is a significant accomplishment,
especially amidst the year we have had of unprecedented
challenges.
Congratulations to Jay Hansen who has won the ICAS Medal for
Year 4 Science 2020 by achieving the highest score in Year 4
Science. Jay was presented with his medal by a representative
of ICAS at our Presentation Assembly last week and is pictured
with very proud parents Jem & Nicki.
TERM 4 RUGBY UNION
From all accounts, our Stage 2 students
loved their 5 weeks of Rugby Union.
The group is pictured with the local
development officer, Lisa Vogel.

THANK YOU Last night, we said a soggy but sensational farewell to our Class of 2020. In true 2020 style it poured
down as the students arrived but they didn’t let it dampen their spirits! A great night was had by all. A
huge thank you to the following parents who went above and beyond in creating a stunning rainforest
theme for the evening; Kerry Stratton, Danielle Bleinkhorn, April Styles, Gavin and Jacinta Lunn, Sandy
Green, Meagan Swan, Bec Burton, Hayley Hocking, Melanie Baird and Amy & Gavin Wilcox. Staff and
students really appreciated your contribution. The evening was topped off with a colourful lantern parade
as the students left for the evening.
