Aged in American and French Oak the wine displays dark cherry color with ruby red hues and a complex bouquet of red and black berries.

On the palate the red cherry develops in balance with the oak character with a fabulous balance of spice and fruit. Well rounded tannins in balance with fine acidity give it a long and satisfying finish. Great with red meats, game and poultry, rice dishes and blue cheeses.

Johnny Q Shiraz-Viognier (South Australia) €29.00

Voluptuous, extravagant Aussie red that's inspired by the great wines of France's northern Rhône, where white Viognier is blended with red Shiraz. Opaque purple, with a big nose of blueberry jam and new leather. The vineyard located on the alpine foothills has clay and chalky soil, ideal for the Grenache and Syrah grapes grown. Pale pink in colour, this blend of 90% Ganache and 10% Syrah has flavours of white fruit on the nose, a fresh and crisp and refreshing flavour of fruit.
