This job is used to print a detail listing of projected positionplanning costs. It will show the projected costs for salaries asboard contributed benefits. This job can be run as often asrequired.

You need to specify the position plan and sequence of the report tobe printed. You may limit the report to certain positions, title,centers and pay types. You specify these items by entering theparameters on HDB2AC (the parameter card for this job). After theparameters have been entered and saved you run the job bysubmitting HDB2AP.

HDB30U - LOAD SALARY SCHEDULE

This job is an UPDATE job. It will load the current salary schedulefrom the DD-file to the current year base for the salary scheduleplanning file. It can also be used to load a plan from the salaryschedule into the DD-file for a new salary schedule. The onlyreport from this job is a count of the records updated.

You need to specify the salary schedule plan to be created and thefiscal years involved in the plan. The plan will be limited tosalary slots selected. You specify these items by entering theparameters on HDB30C (the parameter card for this job). After theparameters have been entered and saved you run the job bysubmitting HDB30U.
