Kiwi Mango LayeredSmoothie
Prep time: 7-10 minutes4 Servings
•2 1/2 cups frozen mango •3/4 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
•1/4 cup honey •2 tablespoons water
•1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind •3 ripe kiwifruit, peeled
•2 cups ice cubes 1. Place mango, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons water, and lime rind in a blender; process until smooth, stirring occasionally. Divide mango mixture into each of
4 serving glasses; place glasses in freezer. 2. Place 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, kiwi, and rest of the ingredients in blender; process until smooth. spoon green kiwi mixture onto mango mixture in the glasses, working
carefully around inside of each glass to create a clean
horizontal line.
Raspberry Peach Smoothie
Servings: 2Prep time: 5-7 minutes
-2 cups water-2 cups cashews, soaked 4-8
hours, discard soaking water-1 cup raspberries (frozen)
-1 cup peaches (frozen)-2 tablespoon agave nectar
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract-4 ice cubes (if you want it
colder)Preparation:
1. Place cashews and water in a blender and process on high speed until creamy,
(about 1 minute)2. Add raspberries, peaches, agave and
vanilla and blend until smooth3. Blend in ice cubes if desired
4. Serve in tall glasses
Berry HealthyBreakfast Smoothie
2 servingsprep time: 7 minutes-1/2 cup blueberries
-1/2 cup strawberries-1/2 cup blackberries
-1 medium carrot-1 cup low-fat milk
-1 cup pomegranate (cranberry is an okay substitute)
-2 cups iceBlend all ingredients
together in blender, pour and enjoy!

yogurt1 (0.27 oz.) KOOL-AID
Singles Cherry Drink Mix6 strawberries1 cup ice cubes
Make It: BLEND all ingredients except ice in blender until well blended. ADD ice; blend on high
speed until thickened.ENJOY!
