Eating a balanced diet is important because it gives you energy to breathe, move ,talk and lot’s more . A healthy diet means that you are having the correct amount of food from the different food groups.

Dairy is another important food group you should have in your diet. Dairy contains calcium this is very good for your teeth and bones, helping them grow stronger. Examples of dairy products you could eat are, cheese , milk and yogurt.
