How we progressed the project

• Continual consultation with local residents

• A large number of meetings with St Giles & Katherine House

• Agreement in principle to fund the project in June 2014

• Build costs £132,000

• Staffing costs £ 66,000

• HBL Plan endorsed Autumn 2014

• Build commenced Spring 2015
