Reminders from the Counselors
O Seniors - Check your email weekly. Pay close attention to emails from the counselors, colleges, FAFSA, etc.
O If you have not submitted your FAFSA, do it ASAP. The deadline is March 1, 2020
O If you applied to a 4-year university… O Your acceptance is conditional so you must maintain
C’s or better.
O DO NOT change your schedule. If you already changed your schedule from what you put on your application, you must call ALL the schools you applied to and notify them of the changes you made.

Reminders from the Counselors
O Add all colleges you are applying to in Naviance.
O Request mid-term transcripts only for colleges that request them. Make request in Naviance and inform your counselor of the request.
O You must give your counselor or guidance techs your letters of acceptance from ALL schools. If you have a hard copy, bring that. Otherwise forward the email you received.

Graduation Tickets Rules
❖Tickets will be sold to students using
student ID #s. This will ensure equitable
distribution of tickets.
❖Ticket sales are cash only and are non-
refundable, except for seniors who become
non-grads.

Graduation TicketsSchedule of Sales
❖April 6 – April 24, 2020: Students can buy up to four additional
tickets. This will combine with their six free for a total of 10 guests.
❖April 24, 2020: Schools will determine the total number of tickets
available and divide that by the total number of graduates.
Students will be allowed to purchase that number of tickets.
❖EX: 1500 tickets remaining ÷ 500 graduates = 3 additional
tickets available per student.
❖April 27– May 15, 2020: Remaining tickets will be sold using the
limits listed above.
❖May 18, 2020: remaining tickets will be sold until all tickets are
sold.
