1986-1987: Gotham Construction Company, Miami FL PresidentResponsible for building in excess of seven hundred residential units, consisted of new multi-family rental apartments, both market rate and government subsidized; and rehabilitation of low, mid, and high-rise apartments under the HUD section 8 Mod-Rehab program; and historic restoration, of this subsidiary of the Related Companies.. Also performed due-diligence, related to construction, on syndications of rental properties.

1982-1986: Lennar Homes, Inc., Miami, FloridaVice-PresidentManaged and performed site planning, estimating, purchasing, and scheduling; the supervision of field and office personnel; and future planning to establish production and marketing goals, for multi-family construction and joint venture activities in the Miami-Dade County area. Additional corporate responsibilities included code interpretation, overseeing compliance of Florida projects with the State Energy Code, as well as architectural and engineering planning for various new projects.

1979-1982: The Consolidated Capital Companies, Emeryville, CaliforniaVice-PresidentDirect bottom line responsibility for development including: planning, budgeting, and construction activities; dealing with governmental agencies; and administering draw downs on credit lines.
