Margin exception report – view only those sales that did not achieve minimum gross profit per drop:

Stock Control report – all litres must be accounted for by bulk storage tank and by individual truck. Any losses are quantified in value terms and shown separately in your profit and loss account for the period.



Driver profitability report – Drivers and trucks combined represent over 50% of operating costs. Our report gives you the gross profit earned by each truck with detailed analysis of cost of operating that truck including fuel usage on a kilometre basis.



Credit control – View only those customer sales that are outside agreed terms. Block further sales until account is brought up to date. Use our “contact scheduling prompting” to follow up on promises to pay.



Monthly accounts – Our system gives you a complete breakdown of where gross profit came from by grade with very detailed analysis of overheads.
