Measuring Tendering & EstimatingTheprinciplesandtechniquesofestimatingformanintegralpartofthetenderprocess.Theidentificationandselectionofcontractorsandtheavailablemethodologyarecontrastedintermsoftheirappropriatenessforconstructionprocurement.Studentswillgainanunderstandingofthecontractdocumentationrequiredforthetenderprocessalongwith the constraints on a tender both in thepre-stagesandpost-stagesofprocurement.
