Our Experience
Corporate and Brand Positioning. We facilitated the establishment of
the worlds Number One soft drink manufacturer in India. The company
was the first multinational company to be given permission for 100%
equity in a domestic project in the Consumer Goods Sector.
Direct Sales. We have pioneered the entry of the worlds largest direct
selling company and enabled it to set up a fully owned company in India.
This opened the doors for other direct selling companies to enter India

ResolvedConflicts. Intervened in the conflict between twoshareholders in a large Indian food processing company. The
government affairs cell advised an International giant on ensuring
establishment of its management in the Indian company.

first company to launch Scotch Whisky and associated high profile
liquor brands in India.
