We go on lots of fun trips and activities for example, the pub,
clubs, karaoke, cafes and many more!

We have support workers to make sure you can do the things
you want to do for example, sports, art, cooking, film
nights. You tell us we’ll do it!

Is run by people with learning disabilities for people with
learning disabilities. We do workshops and outings which help
us speak up about things that are important to us
