They asked 40 high performing line managers to take up a ‘change agent’ role. They went through a one day orientation, 5 day deep dive and coaching on the job on these core skills over a period of 6 months. European Multinational: For this European MNC the Architects & Platform team needed to work closely with the Business and a network of consulting and technology partners to deliver a new transformaiton mandate. We took them through an 8 week programme addressing these core skills. Over the 8 weeks they were encouraged to find opportunities to apply these skills in real life situations and get live coaching from us and their team members.
