After the completion of 3 seasons and over 100 successful episodes of High Life Dubai where Glamour, Glitz, Personality and Life Style has been the main forte of the programs, High Life Dubai now introduces the ‘Style Awards’

Style is inherent… it can’t be manipulated, acquired or advocated.

Style however can be honed and must be honored and who can be better or more qualified to honor style but ‘High Life Dubai’.

• Inviting and identifying personalities from different field of activities to prove how he/she is the most stylish person in the related industry.

• Two months of media hype on TV, Radio & print media creating the awareness.

• Appointing a team of high profile jury members to study each short listed candidate for selecting the winner in each category.

HLD has reached a point where we are the authority on STYLE and that’s why Style Awards covering various categories, coming from us would be considered most accurate, reliable and aspirational.

The style set in Dubai want to be recognized by HLD and the average Joe wants to daydream about what has become the HLD life and these awards will satisfy both their appetites – the style makers and the style takers.Every industry may it be fashion, hospitality, entertainment; media… all have their own set of stylish personalities who everyone aspires to. The head honcho in his suave Hermes ties, the creative head with his metrosexual flair or the lady boss who never misses her French manicure. Well, HLD is about to applaud these immaculate individuals for their natural style and their persistent attention to detail.

We intend to make the HLD Style Awards a yearly feature where different stylish individuals are ceremoniously applauded and honored for their flair through an awards night.

All the nominees will be covered on HLD over a period of two months during which they will be voted for by the viewers of HLD.

The awards will also be promoted by a media partner over this course of two months and votes will be accepted through the partner’s channel as well so that we can enable maximum reach and coverage.

All the voting will finally culminate into an awards night with fabulous entertainment value and this awards night will be shown on Sony Entertainment TV as a separate two hour special feature.

The HLD Style Awards will honor the stylish Asian population in the UAE through various categories, the nominees of which will be chosen by way of references sent in by the viewers of HLD or by the readers of our media partner.

Once the references have been sent they will be sifted and finalized by an experienced panel of judges and in the last stage the selected nominees will be voted on by the viewers of HLD and the readers of the media partner.

Awareness & inviting reference:

• The concept would be promoted through TV promos, Radio and print media for about 2 months on High Life Dubai promoting the nominees for viewer’s voting.

• A team of coordinators would also go on field and approach the companies in related field to tap possible candidates.

• Application forms would be circulated for eligible candidates to apply based on the categorized requirement.

• After compiling all candidate details of related fields a questionnaire would be sent to each candidate for completion that would be specially compiled by a team of experts.

• After receipt of the questionnaire with its answers, the team of experts would go through each and shortlist the best 5 among each category.

• The best 5 in each category would then be televised in each episode of ‘High Life Dubai’ for public polling. The polling would be through sms campaign. This would be carried out in 4 to 8 episodes.

• Based on the highest no of sms, the winner of the Award would be selected.

• Simultaneously the team of Jury members would also make their choice of winner in each category.

• The final winners would be announced at the Award Function.

Concept on Staging & showcasing:

Two concepts have been worked out on Staging and Showcasing the event.

Concept 1:- To showcase the event as a Gala function in the ballroom of 5 Star Hotel in Dubai.- Inviting about 300 top personalities of Dubai.- Cocktail event.- State of art stage and lighting.- A Bollywood celebrity as Co-Emcee with Uma Ghosh Deshpande to host the show.- Entertainment stage shows by well known TV artists of Sony TV (subject to their availability)- The Award nite full of glitz & glamour.

Concept 2:- To design and create a Studio set-up for TV coverage.- Invite only the winners for the show.- Invite few top personalities for giving away the award.- Make it as a TV show and present the awards to the winners.
