about our school in North London

We would like to tell you a few things about

our school in North London

Our School is in an area called Crouch End

in the Borough of Haringey

Students live locally and walk to school or

travel by bus and underground

•School day starts at 8:35 am with registration.

•There are 5 one hour lessons each day,

•We have a 20 minute morning break and one hour for

lunch.

•The school day finishes at 3:10 in the afternoon.

•Students may take part in after-school clubs and will

normally have homework to do when they get home.

Class sizes are normally of around 27 students.

Students come to Highgate School at age 11 and stay for 5 years.

They then take exams and most students either move on to Further

Education in our Sixth Form, or go to college for two years more

study.
