Echo Canyon is the more popular of the two, ascending 1,400 feet in just about a mile. The Cholla route is more challenging and is approximately 1.3 miles long. Piestewa Peak: Another popular spot, Piestwa draws crowds on the 1 mile summit trail, while fewer choose to tackle the 3.1 Circumference Trail. Either is a great choice and offers views of the Valley. Pinnacle Peak: At about 3.7 miles long, the Pinnacle Peak trail is very well maintained and is a great spot for those looking for a scenic run. Lost Goldmine Trail: For an easy hike in the East Valley, the Lost Goldmine trail is about 3.8 miles and includes gradual elevation changes. Devil’s Bridge Hike: Take advantage of the cooler Sedona temperatures and check out the largest natural stone arch in the Sedona area. There are several places to begin your hike, which will affect the distance of the trail. Our Scottsdale clinic has outgrown it’s space! In order to take better care of our Scottsdale patients, we’re opening a larger clinic.
