September 2014- 16 January 2016: Support Operations Center (SOC) Branch Staff Technician: 60 hrs per week, $66000 Annual. Was responsible for the logistical planning and operations for the Rotational Units from arrival to departure. Planning included the forecasting, requesting, tracking and delivery all classes of supply. Monitored and advised the Northrop Grumman SOC Shift Supervisors on all logistical Supply, Services, Transportation, Transportation and Maintenance Operations in support of the NTC’s mission. Ensured timely updating of STAMIS systems utilized within the SOC Branch which included: ALIMS, SAMS, SARSS, ULLS and other automation systems employed to accomplish the logistics support services of the SOC. Developed written and oral briefs to be given to the National Training Center (NTC) & Fort Irwin senior leadership plus to senior rotational commanders and higher headquarters. Effected the coordination of all classes of supply with the LSO Transportation Branch to ensure timely loading and documenting of all supplies. Monitored and effected coordination for the Transportation Operations Branch convoy departure times, MSR route progress, arrival time at each Forward Operating Base (FOB) to include monitoring time at the FOB’s. Ensured the timely and accurate information for input to the Battle Update Briefs (BUB), metric management and posting of report boards.
