Howard Medical’s remote monitoring service

enables us to recognize problems within your

cart before they even happen. Notifi cation is

sent wirelessly to warn of potential problems,

update upcoming maintenance, and track

ongoing problems. If a problem arises, the

remote monitoring system will notify the ap-

propriate personnel allowing us to handle the

problem before it actually occurs.

Howard Medical also offers in-service training sessions and

technical training sessions through our Professional Services

team. During the 30 minute in-service training sessions by a

Howard Medical Certifi ed Trainer, your nursing staff will be

thoroughly trained on proper use and care of med carts and

equipment. Technical training consists of training staff on

carts and integration. The technical training on carts consists

of training the staff on the subassemblies, battery, inverter,

and other technical components of the cart. Technical train-

ing for integration consists of training staff on how to inte-

grate carts with any necessary equipment and components.

Warranty & SupportChoosing a warranty option that best fi ts the demands of equipment for a healthcare facility can be an enormous task. At Howard Medical, we try to make your decision an easy one. Each HI-Pinnacle cart comes with a Standard 3-year limited warranty; however, depending on your individual needs, we offer several other warranty upgrade options for you to choose from including:

At Howard Medical, we offer three very different integration and setup services so that you can choose which option is best for your situation.

1. In-factory Customer Supplied Integration – How-

ard Medical will integrate carts with equipment

supplied by the customers. All equipment must be

received two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled ship

date. All wiring will be completed during integra-

tion. Customer is responsible for installing laptop

and/or LCD monitor to each cart.

2. In-factory Howard Supplied Integration – Howard

Medical will supply the necessary equipment to be

installed on each cart. All wiring will be completed

during integration. Customer is responsible for

installing laptop and/or LCD monitor to each cart.

3. On-site Integration – A Howard Medical Product

Specialist will travel to the desired location to pro-

vide on-site integration. We must receive confi r-

mation that all equipment has arrived on location

before a specialist is dispatched. Howard Medical

will install all equipment to each cart.
