MY CONTRIBUTOR
Mr. Bechar Munjani.Owener of diamond
factory.57 year old.Education-7 std.35 year experience.
WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR….? According to me a contributor is the
person who takes responsibility to help the society in any condition.
The contributor focuses on society work rather then his/her own work.
Contributor is not a person who only donate money to society but also work with full efforts.
THE CONTRIBUTOR’S IDENTITY
My contributor have dynamic identity . Mr. Becharbhai Munjani is very honest
in their work. When he started working he doesn’t
know about that he get success or failure,but still he work with honesty and nature of helping everyone.
THE CONTRIBUTOR’S VISION OF SUCCESS
Mr. Becharbhai Munjani believe in inner success,he always take his work as challenge.
He faced some challenges, he takes it as a opportunity.
THE CONTRIBUTOR’S VISION OF CAREER
Short term :- His short term vision is to handle
important issues & to help each and every person around him.
Long term:- He basically work for his long term
vision .His long term vision is to provide shelter and
medicine to sick person.
THE SCOPE OF CONTRIBUTION
In every work, every role, there is a possibility of contributing at multiple levels – contributing to self, contributing to organization, and contributing to society. Explore how you can contribute at multiple levels in your career.
He contribute to society. He donates some valuable fund to a many well known organization which are helping the poor people.
He also contribute his contribution in many natural calamites.
DESIGN SOLUTION
Contributors approach the various situations in their life and work place with a unique mindset. This mindset we call, the ‘Contributor Mindset’.
The first aspect of the Contributor Mindset is the Contributor’s willingness and capacity to find solutions.
ENGAGE DEEPLY
Mr Becharbhai Munjani is deeply engaged with his work.
First he decided to do work then he completed it successively.
PRACTISE IMAGINATIVE SYMPATHY
They have consciously developed a ‘way of thinking’ called ‘Imaginative Sympathy’. In this way of thinking, they are able to give due importance to the human aspects of a situation, and not just the technical or commercial aspects.He is believe in internal success.
DEMONSTRATE TRUST BEHAVIOR
Also He motivates his juniors to do their work.
To juniors first he tries to know that juniors is honest in their work or not,Then he talk with them and motivates them.
CONCLUSION
The person, i interviewed has a dynamic personality, because he has experienced in
field of expertise.he is true contributor from my point of
view and through the answers he gave in his interview.
