The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce Foundation -HISCEC Foundation- was established in 2016 for the express purpose of expanding the education and training offered by the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce since 2008.

The HISCEC Foundation is committed to building sustainable economic

prosperity in the Hispanic business community through the use of

technology, the Internet as a business tool, access to big data, education

and community engagement.

By providing access to hands-on, project-based workshops that engage

business owners, professionals and students in the use of technology and

Internet as a business tool. Our goal is to facilitate the development of

practical knowledge, insights and learnings for which some organizations

do not have the financial resources and/or capabilities.

To invest in Professional & Personal Development: The HISCEC Foundation is committed to offering business management consulting, marketing resources, workshops, seminars, webinars and online resources that can contribute to the growth and development of all the individuals who reach out to the HISCEC Foundation for assistance.

To promote a community-based economy:The HISCEC Foundation is committed to providing online and offline networking opportunities focused on creating a strong community-based economy, social tools to facilitate connections, get advice and build new business relationships.

To promote access to big data: The digital divide caused by access to big data is one of the most important economic issues of our time, and it is one we must begin to seriously address in the Hispanic business community. The HISCEC Foundation is committed:
