December, 2002 - Annual sales reach $257,329,000
May 9, 2003 – Received Bryant brand distribution for Northern California
May 13, 2003 – Purchased 17 Pameco branches in California and Nevada

Before the latest purchase we were the world’s largest privately owned HVAC distributor, the largest independent Carrier distributor, and the second-largest Bryant distributor
Now we are the largest Bryant distributor
