Opportunity Registration Process HDS Federal New Opportunity Registration (Opp Reg) Process
1. To Obtain a NetSuite Account Email [email protected] 2. Login to the HDS Federal Partner Portal using Partner credentials.
URL: https://system.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp Initial Login credentials will include your email address and your initial password is: HDSFED12345 which you will be prompted to change after your initial login.
3. How to Register a New Opportunity
From the Customer Center, select the New Opportunity Registration Link.
4. Fill in the required Partner Info data fields a. The Partner field defaults to the Partner Name. b. Type a name in the Partner Contact field and press the Partner Contact name should
populate the field. c. Continue to fill out all the required fields marked with a yellow asterisk * on the new
opportunity registration form Click SAVE. (See the next steps)
d. To select Partner Contact from a list, select the arrow to the right of the Partner
Contact field and select List. If you name does not appear contact [email protected] to add you to the database.
e. Type a name in the field and select search or select a name from the pop-‐up list and press Enter.
Note: The arrow is a feature on many of the form fields. Use these arrows to locate the appropriate data for those fields when typing the name first does not yield expected results.
To Create NEW
f. Enter the Customer Info, Contact Info, and Opportunity Info.
g. Enter data on the competitive Info and Account Info section to complete the form. h. Review the completed form. i. Select Save, Save & New, Save & Copy, or Reset
View the list of Registered Opportunities Process
1. From the Customer Center, select Opportunity Registration to view the list of all
registered deals and their respective status.
2. Once the link you selected is open, you can either select New, Make Copy, or Print. No other fields or modifiable.
