- Change the event pricing information, promotion, schedule and agenda at any time without prior notice.

- Cancel or reschedule any event due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. If OPTIMAL exercises this option, OPTIMAL will employ endeavours to notify the

participants or their company as early as possible to minimise inconvenience. OPTIMAL will not be held liable for expenses incurred by the participants or their organisation.

- Replace its facilitator(s) due to unforeseen circumstances.

- OPTIMAL will acknowledge receipt of your registration form. Confirmation of enrolment will only be sent together with the logistical information when the minimum number of participants is

reached. Total fees will be invoiced upon confirmation of enrolment. Payment must be made before or on the workshop day.

- A discount of 5% off of each registration is available for groups of five (5) participants from the same organisation who are registered at the same time to any workshops within 2014

calendar year. This offer does not apply to Feedback Certification session.

- OPTIMAL CLUB membership is available only to participants joining OPTIMAL’s Hogan Assessment Certification Public Workshop from October, 2012 onward. It is valid for 12-month from

the date one is certified. It is issued to the organisation or whoever is paying the participants for the workshop participation. Some discount offers may apply to corporate clients only, as

the respective workshops (Hogan Application Workshop Series, Winning Habitudes Workshop Series) are only open to corporate clients.

- Special arrangements for participation shall only be offered subject to the discretion and judgment of OPTIMAL. OPTIMAL may at its absolute discretion offer / cease to offer / vary the

terms of the offer. In case of disputes arising from the offer, the decision of OPTIMAL shall be final.
