Manage Holiday Stress
Stress is a fact of life for most people. You may not be able to get rid of stress, but you can look for ways to lower it.
Learn better ways to manage your time.
Find better ways to cope. Ask for help. People who have a
strong network of family and friends manage stress better.
Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well.
Try out new ways of thinking. When you find yourself starting
to worry, try to stop the thoughts. Write down your thoughts.
Mitten Tree The cold winter season is approaching,
meaning it’s time to bring out warm clothing. If you or your family are in need of a hat, scarf, and/or gloves to stay warm this fall and winter season, stop by The SOURCE and visit our mitten tree. We have various sizes available for children, men, and women. We are also looking for more donations—hats, scarfs, gloves—for all age groups. Thanks to the donations from last year, several people were able to stay warm during the winter! Please drop off any new or gently used items at The SOURCE with the receptionist. Thank you in advance from all of us here at
The SOURCE!
