2. Directions:use theaudioof thevideoto figureoutwhich footyoushouldbeusing first, thenconsiderthedirectionofthebody.

3. Separatearmsandfeet:trytogetaholdofthefootworkanddirectionchangesbeforeyoutrytoaddinorperfectyourarmmovements.
