Holley has established close partnership with industry leaders such as Datang Telecom, NEC and Ditech, as well with other key players in different segments.

Over 100 engineers specialized in R&D with 30% of masters or a PhD degree, average have more than 10 years of wireless related experience with over 5 years in core technology. Many of them have work experiences in Motorola, Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens, PMC-Sierra, Philips, Conexant, Agilent, Intel, TI, Lucent, and Nortel Networks.

As a promoter and key member of the board of directors under TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance (TDIA), Holley Communications can lever its rights to utilize related intellectual property rights (IPR) for free and obtain proprietary technologies or technological support from other alliance members at favorable prices.

Merged Philips CDMA R&D center in US in year 2001, we are the 1st one in China to develop CDMA chipset and proprietary TD-SCDMA technology,holding several internationally patented technologies and set up R&D centers and training bases in Canada, US, and Beijing.

Milestone20072007

December: The State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.China (SIPO) announced the validation of Holley's GSM/CDMA dual mode patent, indicating that Holley totally won the lawsuit against Korean SAMSUNG.

September: Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) visited Holley and they are very satisfied with Holley's R&D and innovation on 3G technology development.

August: Holley inked 50K sales contract of H8800 CDMA smart phone with China Unicom. In the end of 2007 another 50K order is performed.

July: Holley pushed the H3280 TV phone into market, which won the sales storm.

May: Holley launched the world's first CDMA 1X smart phone H8800 with Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.

April: Holley launched a suit case againt SAMSUNG for its infringement on the patent of GSM/CDMA dual mode mobile phone.

March: The world's first slide type GSM/CDMA dual mode mobile phone H6699 was shown up on the market.

Milestone20062006December: Holley won the "2006 Outstanding Performance Award In China's Mobile Industry". November: Holley won the first round of 3G (TD-SCDMA) bidding and obtained orders from China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom.Jun: Holley successfully passed the test conducted by the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) and obtained the 3G (TD-SCDMA) network access permit, thus becoming one of the first manufacturers to gain access to China 3G network.

20052005May: Holley was certified by ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001, indicating that HOLLEY has met the international standard in quality, environment occupational health and safety management.

20042004December: Holley signed the Cooperation Agreement with Datang Mobile to jointly develop 3G (TD-SCDMA) terminal.October: Holley established a cooperative relationship with NEC and acted as Chinese general agent for part of NEC mobile phones.

20022002October: Holley, as the initiator and one of the first groups of members, established 3G (TD-SCDMA) Industry Alliance (TDIA) with 8 enterprises including Datang, ZTE, HUAWEI, Potevio and Lenovo etc.

20012001September: Holley purchased the CDMA chip R&D department from PHILIPS. Holley obtained the world's best CDMA technology.
