Windermere Stellar Group (formerly Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group) offices hold their first annual Comedy Showcase fundraiser, with Steve Allen performing in 1999 and 2000. Windermere Spokane offices hold their first annual Shoes and Socks event, providing shoes and socks every fall to low-income and homeless families. Windermere offices in Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland and Redmond organize and raise $160,000 at their Creating Abundance auction fundraiser. 2000 First regional program: The Windermere Foundation and the YMCA partner to create Windermere Kids, a tuition assistance and volunteer program that provides low-income children with quality childcare and after-school enrichment programs. Thirteen YMCA sites were selected from Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. More than $250,000 is dedicated to the first year of this program. 2006 First Windermere Foundation video contest launched. Twenty-four Windermere offices submitted videos showcasing the work they do to serve their communities. The five winning offices were each awarded $2,000 in the form of a donation to the Foundation charity of their choice. 2010 Windermere offices in Portland, OR come together to donate $250,000 to the Bridge Meadows Project. 2011 2012 2013 Windermere Foundation’s 25-Year Anniversary.
