CSU Associate Professor of Spanish Dr. Francisco Leal has been collecting homeless signs in Fort Collins for years. He will present a summary of
collective projects related to homeless poetry and art. He will address the reasons for collecting street signs, provide information about the artists
behind these signs, show materials from the collection, and talk about resulting collaborative projects including a book of signs
translated into Spanish, artistic photography of the signs, art exhibitions, and more.
