Bandana Day and Casual Clothes Day – Thursday 29th October:

Bandanas will be sold in the front office from this week. Bandana Day is officially the 30th of October

but our school will be holding it the day before, on the 29th of October. This coincides with our casual

clothes day in Week 3. Therefore, it will be a bandana theme casual clothes day.

Normal bandanas are $5 and the premium bandanas are $15.

All money raised goes to Canteen – supporting young people affected by Cancer.

Car Park – Drop Off and Pick Up Zone:

In the interest of our student’s safety, we ask that if your child is not waiting in the carpark to be

collected that you park your car in the designated parks rather than wait in the pickup zone. The

pickup zone is not designed to have more than 3 cars waiting in this area, and causes significant

congestion. This will make for a much safer car park experience for all. We thank you for your

understanding and cooperation.

Horizon Canteen:

We are very pleased to see the progress of our new canteen. It is very much looking like it will be

ready for the start of Week 3. This means that our canteen menu will go back to normal as of Monday

Week 3.

Our wonderful canteen staff are working hard to support our school families with a limited menu,

available at recess and lunch, from the administration block during this time. We thank our canteen

staff and our volunteers for the great work they are doing.

Principal
