Jonesy is an eleven year old Tobiano Paint Gelding. He has been used to pull wagons and buggies in parades at a guest ranch in Sayre, OK. He also rides and handles very smoothly. Is not a speed horse but does gallop and turn nicely. He reins well either by neck reining or direct reining. We have been righting with him a broken bit (dog bone). He doesn’t throw his head or fight the bit at all. He loves to be bathed and doesn’t mind being fly sprayed. He stands really quiet when being tacked up. He doesn’t walk off when you climb on to ride. He hesitates sometimes when loading and would prefer to turn around and walk out of the trailer rather than backing out. But when we is asked he will back out. He has been on a lot of trail rides with his previous owner.

Lucky has rode with a national championship drill team for six years. He has carried flags in parades and grand entries. Currently, Lucky is a certified mounted patrol horse for the OK County Sherriff’s office. He has worked patrol in the Stockyards, Oklahoma State Fair and numerous events. He is a quick mover. He neck reins and side passes with ease. He has a really sweet gallop. Lucky was used in a rodeo queen pageant and she won. He was used to train farriers because he is so good with his fee. He has new shoes on currently. He clips, loads, bathes and hauls well. He has been on many trail rides and campouts. I can’t say enough good things about this horse.
