Looking for a hose to flow a tremendous amount of water? You’ve found it with CONQUEST! Today’s fires are hotter and more water is needed at the nozzle to knock them down fast. Conquest meets that challenge every day. Our patented thru-the-weave extruded polyurethane liner has an incredibly smooth surface that enhances water flow. Typical friction loss reductions of over 50% compared to other hose designs — deliver more water at standard operating pressure.

FEATURES• 100% high tenacity ring-spun polyester outer jacket covering an extruded

thru-the-weave polyurethane inner hose. NO ADHESIVE IS USED and the lining will never delaminate.

• Exclusive Dura-Cote™ treatment (see page 29 for more information).

• Hose remains flexible to temperatures as low as -40ºF (-40ºC) and meets all NFPA requirements for ozone resistance.

PREMIUM HOSE. OUTSTANDING VALUE.Supreme is a durable, rugged, traditional double jacket fire hose and one of the best values on the market today. Originally designed over 40 years ago, Supreme has become the host to which all others are compared. With hose sizes up to 3" and manufactured to exacting standards, our use of ring-spun polyester yarn with a flexible rubber liner and calendered rubber backing, keeps this hose supple when empty and tough when necessary.

FEATURES• Premium quality, double jacket, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)

rubber lined fire hose made from 100% high tensile strength ring-spun polyester yarn. The liner is attached to the inner jacket using a vulcanized calendared rubber backing that mechanically and chemically bonds the EPDM rubber lining to the inside jacket without the use of glues, and provides the assurance that the lining will not delaminate. Calendar backed hoses are more flexible and have a higher heat resistance than other hoses using a Thermoplastic (TPU) adhesive.

UNIQUE 3-PLY CONSTRUCTIONTraditionally, manufactured extruded hose can vary in thickness, becoming bulky and heavy. TPX utilizes a 3-ply design where the ribbed cover and smooth nitrile liner are extruded independently. The cover is inserted inside the tight-weave reinforcement, vulcanized, and then turned inside out. The liner is then inserted and the hose is vulcanized for a second time to form a bond of all three plies, guaranteeing a consistent, compact hose wall.

EXTRUDED NITRILE RUBBER ATTACK/SUPPLY HOSEHFX is a nitrile thru-the-weave, rubber covered fire hose that utilizes both polyester and nylon 6.6 yarn in the reinforcing jacket. Under pressure, the polyester keeps the hose from “snaking” where the nylon allows for controlled dilation, reducing friction loss and generating higher flow rates. Our special rubber compound provides a tough cover that resists heat, abrasion, snags and hot embers. The interlocking matrix also means no adhesives are used and there is a permanent bond to all the warp and weft yarns.

rubber fire hose. The reinforcement is made with a blend of circular woven, twill weave, polyester and nylon fibers.

The polyester reinforcement can then be woven tighter, making this hose more resistant to puncture while also being easier to pack and store. ATX has a stronger jacket which increases the service test pressure of the LDH sizes to 300 psi (2070 kPa).

Available in two styles – 7F and 8F. Style 7F is ideal for traditional Type 1 specifications while 8F meets the new Type II specification and is protected from mildew so no drying is required. ALL-AMERICAN HOSE PRODUCT WARRANTY

All-American Hose warrants our entire double jacket, nitrile rubber and polyurethane fire hose products used in the municipal fire industry to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of shipment. The 8T, Dura-Pak (DP) and Forestry product (8F/7F/2F) lines have a five (5) year warranty from the date of shipment, and all industrial use fire hose and agricultural hose have a one (1) year warranty from the date of shipment.

OUR WARRANTY IS LIMITED AS FOLLOWS:All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# (Return Materials Authorization) issued by All-American Hose. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All defective products must be returned to All-American Hose within thirty (30) days of purchaser’s claim.Products or parts must be found to be defective in materials and workmanship upon examination and testing by All-American Hose. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.Products shall not be considered defective or nonconforming if they substantially fulfill performance requirements and are manufactured in accordance with All-American Hose specifications.This warranty will not extend to goods which have been subject to misuse, accident, improper application, misapplication under conditions not expressly made specifically known to nor approved by All-American Hose in advance of shipment or which have been repaired or altered outside of the All-American Hose facility.

NFPAPRESSURE RATING DETAILSSERVICE TEST PRESSURE: Annual hydrostatic test to be conducted by purchaser on all in-service (used) hose to determine suitability for continued use. The service test pressure is to be 10% greater than the “normal highest operating pressure” at which the hose is expected to be used. Unless otherwise instructed, this pressure is stenciled on all hose prior to shipment.

PROOF/ACCEPTANCE TEST PRESSURE: The “one-time” test pressure, performed by the factory, on every new hose prior to shipment. The proof test pressure shall not be less than two times (2x) the specified service test pressure.

BURST PRESSURE: The minimum burst test pressure shall not be less than three times (3x) the specified service test pressure.

OPERATING/WORKING PRESSURE: Maximum advised operating/working pressure that should not exceed 90% of the service test pressure (which is stenciled on the hose) or the maximum operating pressure of the attached coupling.


CHOOSING THE RIGHT HOSEWhen it comes to ensuring firefighter safety and optimum performance on the fire ground, choosing the right fire hose is essential. While there are uni-versal industry hose specifications, it’s important to consider your department’s size and workload (are you fighting two blazes a month or two a day?) and environmental and working conditions (high rise fires or forest fires?) in order to select the best hose to meet your exact needs.

FIRE HOSE CARE & HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONSAll-American Hose products are built to meet the highest quality specifications for superior performance and durability. The following everyday care and handling recommendations will help to ensure a long service life from your product:• All hose should be kept out of direct sunlight in a well-ventilated location, and should be drained and thoroughly dried before storage.• When rolling coiled hose, be sure male coupling is on the inside to avoid thread damage.• Any hose stored in a hose bed should be loaded by laying the hose flat—never on its edge or fold. Lay the hose across the bed in alternating

layers, rather than loading one row of hose all the way to the top of the hose bed.• Hose should be removed and reloaded on the hose bed at least once every six months to allow for visual inspection.• Avoid dragging hose along its edge or fold, as this causes excessive abrasion of the outer jacket.• Never drive over the hose unless it is bridged and the vehicle has sufficient ground clearance to cross the bridged hose.• Maximum advised operating/working pressure should not exceed 90% of the Service Test pressure, which is stenciled on the hose.
