Beatrice GirellThe founder of Indidesign, Beatrice received her Master Degree in Archi-tecture from the University of Rome, La Sapienza, with a specialization in Historic Preservation/Restoration. Beatrice has successfully completed design projects on four continents for major hospitality corporations as well as private owners. Her work has been published in several nternation-al publications including Wallpaper and Time.

Calvin DixCalvin graduated from Woodbury University with a Bachelors of Science degree. Calvin has had the pleasure of designing for established opera-tors such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Sheraton and Four Seasons and has played an integral role in the opening the second Park Hyatt in the United States. Calvin has been fortunate enough to have worked on projects all over the world including Japan, Indonesia, India, Thailand and China.

Lorraine FrancisAs Design Principal for Cadiz Collaboration, Lorraine Francis has worked in the Hospital-ity Industry for over 25 years, leading and setting design direction for a multitude of hotel projects. At her previous firm, Gensler, she was the Regional Director of Hospitality Interiors for 5 years. She is an award-winning author and widely respected within the Hospitality community. Lorraine has a large breadth of interior and architectural project expertise working with major and boutique hotel brands like Marriott (Luxury Collection, Westin & Sheraton), Belamar Hotel, Tova Hotel, and Xanterra resorts.

Michael KollinAs the Founder and President of this practice, Mr. Kollin is directly in-charge of marketing, design, project development, and quality control efforts focused on Hospitality projects. With over 300 hospitality projects completed, Mr. Kollin is well versed in the operations of the hotel industry and the requirements for successful project completion.

Christopher Brenner Mr. Brenner is a construction professional with over 25 years of experi-ence in the development of hotels throughout North America under the Hyatt, Marriott and Choice Hotel Brands. Mr. Brenner leads the develop-ment process as the Owner's representative on all fronts. He is responsi-ble for the project program, City Entitlements, selection of the design team, selection of the general contractor, quality control, and much more.

Creo Hospitality

Amit PatelAmit attended school for Bio-Chemistry to become a dentist and ended up with degree in Finance and minors in Bio-Chemistry and Computer Sci-ence. Amit ran the day to day operations at an upholstery manufacturing company to learn the ins and outs of manufacturing. Amit later transi-tioned out of manufacturing and into the Creo Hospitality where he now works with top tier design firms and development companies.

Apple REIT

Bryan WingoldBryan Wingold has spent over the 20 years in the design and construction industry. For the last 6 years, Bryan has worked for Apple Hospitality REIT managing the renovation of hotels. He is the Senior Director for Design and Construction. The Company’s portfolio consists of 242 hotels, with over 30,000 guestrooms, diversified across the Hilton® and Marriott® families and spreads across 33 states.

Brian BrooksBrian has been a part of InterServ, LP. since 1989 – beginning as a site su-perintendent and has worked his way up through the organization assum-ing leadership roles throughout his career, culminating in his positioning as Chief Executive Officer of InterServ, LP.

First Finish

Todd DagenTodd has a bachelor of science degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Penn State University. Todd served as the vice president and lead estimating consultant for Axlin Data Systems, the Mid-Atlantic business partner for Sage Timberline. Todd joined First Finish in 2010, bringing with him more than 20 years of indus-try experience.
