Comparison between Accor & Starwood ( mariott) hotel groupIn terms of comparison we can say that they are quite similar , their mobile features are really on the same way,( keyless check-in, online check-in and check-out, cashless payment) they try to focus on the time for their customers, to always stay in touch, to inform them about news. On one hand Acoor hotel group is a little bit less modern in term of mobile innovation that starwood, starwwod has a lot of new features, starwood was indeependant and now they are part of the mariott group, also accor and starwood have both fidelity programs ( spg for starwood) but Starwood was the first to innovate on this point.
