More and more everyday items have an IP address
Already… Fridges can re-order food Toilets can analyse waste and prescribe changes to diet Billboard adverts can talk to you by name as you walk past
Every person is more and more a part of the Global Net
The Internet is ubiquitous
Owns a mobile phone, an iPod, a PC and a games console
Multi-tasks and interacts with Web 2.0
Regularly uses MySpace, YouTube, Facebook, MSN chat, Bebo, Flickr, etc etc…
