Transcript & Calculations

• As you add sessions the CME and MOC earned will add up in the “Total Annual Meeting Credit Hours” Table –look at the “CME Earned” and “MOC Earned” columns for your total.

• Note that ticketed sessions are included in the calculations (i.e. Postgraduate Course). So if you try to claim credits for those sessions and the annual meeting, you will receive up to the daily max possible per day which may impact your ability to earn a max amount of MOC points.

Common “Errors” – Daily MaxIf you try to claim CME for ticketed sessions Friday and Saturday and claim for annual meeting sessions at the same time you can only claim the max CME/MOC for that day. In example below my individual sessions claimed would give me 4 CME/4 MOC points but because I claimed CME for a ticketed session at a competing time, I had 0.25 deducted from my annual meeting CME/MOC total. Adjust the CME you’re claiming for the ticketed course to get full CME/MOC for annual meeting. See note in pop-up box and at the bottom of the transcript table.

CME Earned Total in Transcript = CME Total on CME CertificateOnce you have finished adding in and completing evaluations for all sessions you attended for the annual meeting, you can click

to email (to yourself) or print your CME Certificate. The total amount on your transcript table will populate on the certificate.Note: You will have separate certificates for ticketed courses (Basic Science Symposium, Postgraduate Course, ILTS TransplantCourse and/or ASGE Endoscopy Course) and the CME for those courses doesn’t add up into the annual meeting certificate.
