INGREDIENTS:

Maple syrupFresno chileAngostura Bitters
Partida Añejo Tequila
PREPARATION:In an Old Fashioned glass,muddle the maple syrup, chile and bitters. Add the tequila and fill with ice. Stir, andgarnish with an orange twist and another slice of Fresno chile.

PREPARATION:Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilledMartini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

PREPARATION:Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Muddle to break down the sugar and stir briefly. Fill with ice, stir again andstrain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Twist slices of lemon and orange peel overthe drink and drop them in.

PREPARATION:In a shaker, muddle theblackberry. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

PREPARATION:Pour some celery salt onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass. Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt untilfully coated. Fill with ice and set aside. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.

Celery saltVodkaClamatoWorcestershire sauceTabasco SaucePreparedhorseradish, to taste (optional)
PREPARATION:Coat the rim of a tall glass with celery salt, fill with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Pour back and forth into another mixing glass a few times to mix. Strain into the prepared glass andgarnish with a celery stalk.

PREPARATION:Add the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. (For a slightly sweeter drink, add a dash of agave syrup [one part water, two parts agave nectar] before shaking.)

PREPARATION:Coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker, muddle the agave nectar or simple syrup, red pepper flakes and chile powder. Add the remainingingredients, fill with ice andshake vigorously. Strain through a tea strainer into the prepared glass. Garnish with a jalapeño or red chile pepper.

PREPARATION:In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint and syrup. Add the bourbon and pack tightly with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome and garnish with a few drops of bitters, if desired, and a mint sprig.

PREPARATION:Add the sugar and water to a highball glass and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the mint leaves and press lightly with a mud-dler. Pack the glass with finely cracked ice (wrap cubes in a towel and bash the bejeezus out of them with something hard and heavy) and then add the whiskey. Stir, add more ice to make up for any shrinkage and garnish with two or three sprigs of mint and a straw.
